They need to be checking phones for delivery drivers since they are giving out orders to the wrong person. It’s such an inconvenience and waste of gas with Ubereats to drive all the way, only to hear “it’s already been picked up ” and we don’t get any half pay. Will be contacting corporate about this.

Received a half taco. Wish I could send a picture. Have been told to stay away from the Taco Bell on 8th Street. Did not take heed. Won’t go back. If I didn’t live 15 miles away I would have taken it back. Both Burrito Supremes did not have any meat in them either. Thoroughly disappointed.

Third time & likely the last time to stop here at night. Barely any filling in the chalupas – smaller than an original taco. The Nacho Bell Grande was literally 4 crushed chips with a dollop of sour cream. Don’t eat here if you are hungry, you’ll still be hungry and out $40.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t give lower. This is completely unacceptable. Since when do you go through a drive thru and the rude lady on the speaker says “It’s 30min wait on everything so if you want food you have to get out of line and wait 30min in the parking lot and then come back thru.” Word for word. This is sad and just unimpressive service absolutely no reason for it. We just left because that’s awful.

The person working was very nice in drive thru. They did not have anything to drink except some berry flavored soda but food was very fresh and hot. This is a huge change for Taco Hell I mean Taco Bell! Great job you guys!

This was not a good experience I ordered 2 vegetarian burritos which comes with black beans rice salsa guacamole and cheese I didn’t order sour cream on there but when I got it the burrito did not having beans or rice in it but did have sour cream tomatoes and guacamole. I did not mind pulling up because this assumption is something’s not normally ordered at Taco Bell but to take the extra time to fix it wrong oh did not make any sense I will not be going to that Taco Bell Ever again. It was my 1st and last time.
