Taco Bell is usually my favorite fast food but the Louisville Store is ridiculous. EVERY SINGLE time you go there you will automatically be asked to pull around front. No matter what you order or whether if there is a line, prepare to pull around and wait a MINIMUM of five minutes .

Taco Bell is awesome. I have only one complaint.(It was kind of my fault also) I didn’t check my order upon receiving it. When I got home, I removed my order to discover that I didn’t get my complete order. I was missing a 5piece chicken strip meal(taco bell/KFC), but by then it was too late.

Is absolute garbage from 8:21 pm to 8:56pm I was the only customer nor did anybody come after me in the Drive-Thru line and I waited this long for two soft shell tacos and a 5-layer burrito and was told during pull around to the front for the entire wait then was told they didn’t have any mild, hot, fire not any kind of sauce. To top it all off the order was wrong and shells were stale as my dead grandma.

I don’t go t drive through places often and I will a lot less often! I ordered the # 7 which is like a pita bread w ckicken,it had chicken on half of it ,and a hard taco, which was totally unacceptable,I picked up , I fell into6 peices,I wish I would have passed right on by,I had a little cold& thought something spicy would help my cold.i didn’t eat either 1. 7 dollars wasted! If the workers would serve their customers something that they would eat ,they would have happier customers,I won’t be back!I take my 1 star back also.

Always good! They occasionally do a supreme chicken taco vs regular when just wanting a soft chicken taco – say no tomatoes. Nice folks. It’s a combination KFC/Taco Bell and I usually do taco . Regular tacos have a little meat – not much, but they load the dorito loco tacos nicely.

Ordered inside. Works better than drive-thru, and maybe faster. Food about what you would expect. Ain’t authentic Mexican, but I like it anyway. Place is clean. Staff is efficient. I eat a lot of Taco Bell.
