They act like it is an inconvenience when you walk in, this is the FOURTH order in the past month that has been 100% incorrect. I received my food then the young man working line closest to the front counter asked what else..I also had a large pepsi..he ignored then another gentleman from the window asked what else I needed, I once again explained I had a large Pepsi.

The manager on duty was very nice and I am sympathetic to the employee because they were very short staffed. That being said, if you physically come into the restaurant and order I think yours should handled quickly. Multiple people had waited 30+ minutes for their food. I could not wait and asked for a refund, which I was given. Get this man some help!!!!

The food absolutely horrible. Taste wasn’t all that because they give you a scant of meat. My soft taco was all shell, the crunch wrap was small, I asked for easy sour cream, I watch the guy put a tiny dab in the middle of the shell & the meat wasn’t spread across the shell. But the root beer was great, also the packs of sauces was good.

I ask for some napkins because the 2nd window drive-thru worker handed me my drink, that had spilled over. She preceded to shut the window in face and roll her eyes. They also messed up my wife’s meal and gave me a smaller drink than what I was charged for. To top it all off, I complained through the website and asked for a follow-up. Been almost a week as of tomorrow and still haven’t heard anything.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever had in my life. The food was cold and had a funny taste. The “soft” taco shells were so hard that they were flaking off. None of the tacos had sour cream although they were all supposed to be supreme. The Mexican pizza was loaded with refried beans that tasted like rancid grease, and it was sloppily made. On top of all of that, they shorted us one taco. We will be driving to Hattiesburg if we want Taco Bell from now on. I would suggest everyone stay away from there.
