This is by far the worst taco bell I have been to. We got a random bag of tacos and not what we ordered. Waited in line for 70 minutes at the drive through. They forgot if we ordered drinks, look up it’s on the screen. Live mas, just not here!

The food was great. It was fresh and hot. However, there’s no reason why it should rake 45 mins to go thru the drive thru. Plenty of workers in there. Maybe they’re new and training but this was ridiculous. The girls who took my money and gave me my condiments were very friendly. But still, the time it took.

I checked the hours before leaving my house because it was late at night/early in the morning. I worked fast food for over 15 years so I typically try not to pull up right before closing. But we had a rough night, it was late and we were all tired and hungry. So I drove over 10 miles to get there, just to be turned away. When I pulled into the parking lot it was 12:40 however the lights were already shut off. No one answered the speaker in drive thru and I was never greeted. However when I finally decided to pull off, there was an employee hanging out of the drive thru window! He was acting like I was a crazy lady and shouldn’t have been there! Rudest encounter I’ve ever experienced!

Come through every day for doordash and this store takes at least 20-30 minutes for every single order. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 tacos, or 40 they are going to take their time. Go to the next town, or get real tacos down Chicot st.

Was told at the drive through, almost 3 hours before closing, they’re only taking mobile and door dash orders because of staffing issue. Asked what happens if I do a mobile order, was told there was a minimum of a 30 minute wait. Service is hit and miss most times.

Went around 10:45pm through the driver thru and was told they were only taking mobile orders due to short staffing and it would be a 30 minutes wait. Went back the very next night at 11pm again, through the drive thru and they said their computers were down. I seen several workers sitting in the lobby eating. I do not recommend!!!

Well other than the lady (Brittany) at the drive thru window having an attitude, all of my items barely had meat/beef. The crunchwrap was the worst one with basically no meat on it. This trip was a waste of money or maybe the crew was having a bad day!
