Teenagers workers very slow moving . Waited over 40 minutes. Too busy talking and joking to make the orders. Food was already cold when I got it. The manager wasn’t paying attention to them. He either didn’t care or was scared of them. Customer service was just horrible.

The last 2 times I have been in there, we have had to wait extra long for food. The online orders were also backed up. The first time I waited over 45 minutes for an online order and tonight it was 30 minutes for a dine in order. Neither time they were that busy. Everyone in there was literally waiting on their food. It seemed like they were worried more about the drive through than the customers standing on the inside.

Even with hours of operation changing due to short staff & Covid, really love the fact they offer the full menu all day from open to close. The drive through line has gotten a lot faster & reliable within the last year. Even recently,staff I have encountered at the drive through windows have been up beat regardless if they just opened or seconds away from closing. It’s known around the state for sure of lack of staff, after the hours changed from basically 22 hours a day (closing around 3 or 4 am and reopening at least by 7 am if not sooner) , to the 7-9pm from the lack of staff to fill the 22 hour daily schedule, the staff seem to have a positive and very improved team.
