Had the pleasure of Olivia S as our customer service greeter and cashier. She was super nice and Welcoming. Enjoyed our hot fresh food. Need more like Olivia behind the counters. Store was clean and tables cleared. Really wanted a Mexican Pizza but everywhere sold out!

I do not, at all care for this location, and will avoid it at all cost. The staff are very unhospitable and will refuse the simplest request, for example on this day when I visited this particular Taco Bell I asked if they would simply roll my soft tacos like burritos so that both ends were closed so my boys would not loose the filling inside their tacos. That same lady, although started (our interaction) with a pleasant tone she quickly became rude upon discovering I had multiple orders and was asking for “special requests” (close both ends of tacos) however she redeemed her mood, and returned to her previous pleasant tone once I pulled up to the window and she was face to face with me. They also are often out of certain menu items and do not inform customers until they find its not in their bag.

This was the visit that made the decision to NEVER order or visit this place again..the service was atrocious. The child they had working the drive thru had not in one desire to be there and made it clear..the food wasn’t bad actually once they gave us the right food.. took two attempts and 35 minutes for 4 crunchy tacos and two bean burritos..terrible terrible terrible

Went in tonight and the service was amazing! Firstly as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smiling face ready to take my order! My wait was going to be a minute due to the size of my order so I was offered a drink for my wait which I wasn’t expecting since I knew I would have to wait but was pleasantly surprised. Jeffery and his team got right on making my order in true taco bell assembly line fashion! When I say this taco bell was the best I have EVER had in all my 35 years of life I am not exaggerating. I will be coming back for this service!

The place was clean and the faces were smiling when walking in! We asked for Jeffrey to make our food, because we had two party packs and knew he would be the fastest there! He sat up his station and started making not only the best made but best tasting tacos I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell! I’m 37 and that’s saying a lot! I will refer anyone to this location just for the order from tonight!

They have a high turn over rate which makes the service slower than it used to be. But the food is good and usually they get my order correct but not always. The staff can be a little too interpersonal with customers and they lose professionalism that way. The mangers Jeffrey and Chelsie are both really good for different reasons. They need a new RGM for sure. Food is always hot and the girls in the window at night, Charity and Bri, are both very nice but even in bad moods they remain professional no matter who you are.

Maybe it’s just me. Just left there, and waited in the lobby for almost ten minutes. While there, I wasn’t even acknowledged, let alone greeted. As mentioned while reviewing other places, I’ve been in the service industry for 40+ years. This is not the way to keep customers, let alone get more. It’s time for ownership to start cleaning house.

I ordered a $5 box, and 3 orders of cinnabons, plus recieved a free dorito taco for being a new member online. When I received my order the chalupa had no meat on it at all, they gave me cheese dip with no chips and the cinnabons didn’t really have much cinnamon on them at all. I’ve been waiting a month now for coupons which is bullcrap because it didn’t take them a month to mess it up and it didn’t take them off to take my money

My order was missing items and I didn’t receive my change until I had to ask about it and argue with cashier. All of the tables and seats were dirty and covered in food. Amazingly our food was really good and we received it fairly quick. This place has potential to be so much better but all and all it still wasn’t bad. Honestly I’m hoping they were just having an off day and I will go back to give them another shot.
