I placed an order on the TB app for $39. Went to pick it up, the staff was prompt and polite. My food was ready and I headed home. After getting all the food passed out, we realized we were missing a couple things. Called TB and the manager working was more than happy to compensate for my time of having to go back to the store! I drove back up and was given the missing items, and 3 coupons for free tacos. Guys!!! That’s a generous gift, because tacos are $1.75-$3.00 each! I definitely recommend this location!

Same Old Me
I am sad that my regular drive thru guy has not been there the last couple of times, but I will say he was always the best drive-thru person I have been greeted by. He was super funny and really made the experience great. This location has some of the freshest fast food I have had I while. It is really easy to get to, the service is great, there is plenty of parking, and the food comes out fast and fresh! They did great with this location and the staff they have there.

At this point, I’d rather drive the extra few miles to come to this location. They are actually friendly and fast. Here I am ordering from the taco bell near burger King in radcliff, my order said it would be ready at 12 am. So I called and the manager was rude af and acting like I was a 3rd grader. I will come to this location next time. Screw the other radcliff location. They are a joke

After multiple bad experiences, I’ve decided to share. I ask for “easy chipotle” and a freeze drink. The drink isn’t even close to being filled up (literally halfway) and the chipotle sauce is OVERWHELMING with the amount of it and oozing out of the sizes a lot. Basically a sauce burrito; disgusting. The other soft taco isn’t anything compared. I wish it would let me share the photo I took of my meal.
