Stopped by this taco bell location the other day cause the taco bell down the street was closed for renovation. I was surprised that I was the only one there during lunch time cause the taco bell I usually go to would be busy. This being my first time at this location I ordered a few crunchy tacos, a Mexican pizza, and an enchirito. Not gonna lie the taco shells from my crunchy tacos did taste old & stale and the enchirito was alright but the Mexican pizza was phenomenal. By far one of the best if not the best Mexican pizza order I’ve eaten from a taco bell in Louisville. Just the Mexican pizza alone is a good enough reason to visit again but as for the other food items it’s just as good as any other taco bell location in the city.

Went in here for lunch and this young man Jp took my order very respectful and polite and while waiting for my order watched him patiently wait for this old lady counting change to pay for her order, he knew the menu well and made suggestions for another customer then old lady came up several times complaining about her food after she had already ate most of it and he maintained his composure as she made several trips complaining about various aspects of her meal but not till she had eaten most of it . If he’s not already the manager he damn well should be I wouldn’t have been as cool as he was through all that. Keep up the good work young man you’ll go far with an attitude like yours

Look like a brand new location for Taco Bell. Just like every other location, good food, the service is good and the food escapes your body just as quickly as you can consume it. I know what Taco Bell does to my body but it doesn’t stop me from eating it. I love Taco Bell. The employees here are nice but they can be a little slow. The food is hot and good. That’s all we need.

The new girl they’ve hired for the drive thru menu is rude and hateful. I’ve had two encounters with her and in both circumstances she was extremely unprofessional and rude. My first encounter she messed up my order and when I tried to notify her, she told me I was wrong. The second time I ran into this woman was this morning when she was rude greeting me and then proceeded to complain about the car in front of me being Mexican and not speaking English. She also modified my order before it was handed to me through the window – telling the cook to not put sugar on the Cinnabon delights. Not that it’s a big deal at all I just don’t understand why she would feel the need to do that. I hope this Taco Bell takes her off the drive thru or fires her altogether – I am actively avoiding this location due to her hateful behavior. Every time I’ve spoken with her she is quick to blame everyone else but fails to see that her behavior is the problem.

I don’t usually give bad reviews of restaurants, so hear me when I say the experience I had at this Taco Bell was atrocious. It started with the employee taking the order rushing us through; trying to give a total after only one menu item was ordered. Then, after ordering a Chicken Power Bowl and a Steak quesadilla, I received my order without silverware or napkins. How did they expect me to even eat the food I paid for? I had to go to walmart and get spoons and napkins from the deli. Also, the quesedilla had barely any meat while the power bowl was mostly rice with a meager amount of chicken. I will not be returning there. I’ll just cook my own meals when I’m craving tacos.

Substituted chicken for beef. Taco bell charges more money. Fine. Unmelted cheese. Less than an ounce of cold chicken. Dry tortillas that were obviously just taken out of the package. Nachos were fine. Nacho fries were fine. $43???!!! Do better.
