They were handing us the food in the window! They drop our food ♀️ from the box and when the staff lift it all tacos felt and it seems she threw the box and she looked mad! And we had to pull over to get a new box with tacos! They need to train them better or hire better people!

Nice, clean with speedy service. Walked in and got two tacos made fresh. Grabbed two packs of mild sauce, sat down and enjoyed my meal. Delicious.

First of all they didn’t have tomatoes or any salsas food was cold and they still manage to mess up the order by leaving 2 tacos out idk how when it was only 6 items I oder and only got 4 of them, the employees were rude about it when I call and toll them about the missing food. This is the second time it has happened won’t be back to this location again.

This is by far the worst fast food in the area. Expect to wait 15+ minutes for anything you order even if you are the only car there. Then, once you finally get the food, its just a cold mess. Management and staff couldn’t care less though so nothing will change. Only positve I can say about this place is that usually the ones taking orders are polite.

Seams to always have some sort of issue at this location. The morning crew are very nice and seem to get it right 7 out 10 times. It’s about 50/50 for lunch or dinner.

Great location for a Taco Bell. Lots of traffic through this area. I went through the drive-thru and as my order was taken they repeated it back to me as I ordered it. Great service right here. As I got to the window I chatted with Coco (I hope I spelled that correctly) while I waited for my food. She gave me a great laugh. This is the customer service that restaurants need to give. The food was great and hot. I’ll be back for sure.

“Just to let you know, we can only take cash through the drive-thru. If you have card, you have to come inside.” A) Put a sign out. B) If you can take a card inside, you can take a card at the drive-thru. Either way, the credit card machine is inside! This is just the latest problem. Clearly, the management of this establishment doesn’t care.

Some days this location has it’s UPS AND DOWNS BUT here lately, it’s been down!! My Mexican pizza looks like it’s been tossed UP AND DOWN like they’re actually making pizza dough!!! *****UPDATE****** 8/9/23 still haven’t gone back and probably won’t because of the things that I have heard from others about the food quality and the attitude of the management staff. My money may not sound like much but eventually more people will stop spending money at your location and then you will be FORCED INTO DEALING WITH YOUR DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!!! That one bad employee has ruined everything at your location. This place was once a great place to go to get a quick meal. The quality of the food and consistency is in the toilet . I asked for no lettuce on the food and they put extra lettuce and on the chicken quesadilla had very little chicken on it. The taco supreme had no sour cream and the burrito supreme had very little sour cream. When my mother called the manager she was speaking to one then another one cut in on the conversation and said to bring it up there. It was late in the evening and I wasn’t going right back up there so she said to put it in the refrigerator and bring it to them the next day. They acted like we trying to get something for nothing so I would suggest that you go somewhere else due to the management using so many excuses. One minute it was they were training a bunch of new employees then it was something else. Next time I will go to the food truck on Dixie Highway that’s in Dixie Liquor’s parking lot. It costs just a little bit more but it’s so much better and you are supporting a Mom and Pop business. Taco Bell needs to realize that the customer comes first. I once spoke highly of this location but it’s definitely become infected with bad morale like the one on Dixie Highway in front of the Kroger’s.
