They forgot my quesadilla and had to go back. I get it, those things happen. Staff was friendly. However, food was wrapped poorly in my bag. Nachos hardly had any chips and cheese cups barely had anything in them. My taco was basically a shell. I almost laughed when I opened them. What a joke. Unacceptable.

Lettuce is brown, extremely cold, and soggy as I don’t know what, the guy manager was nice but the guy working drive thru tonight was acting like he didnt know how to speak or something and he was like so out of it. Didn’t talk at all. Messed up our order twice in a row. Very very frustrated. At this point this place is starting to disgust me! I like Taco Bell but come on now. Oh and best part is this is how they gave us our hard taco tonight, all broken up and everything ice cold.

My husband and I stopped here for a late night dinner since we spent the day dashing, this isn’t our first time here but I got the burrito Supreme combo no tomatoes and what do I get a burrito Supreme with tomatoes and no sour cream not to mention the tortilla fell apart. Definitely unacceptable. Can’t follow simple instructions. What if I had been allergic to tomatoes and took a bite without looking inside to see of it had no tomatoes. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how to do your job right.

Picture should say it all. Chaulupa was just laying in there like that under the wrapper not even wrapped or constructed at all. Nacho fries weren’t even half full and Mexican pizza wasn’t cut and the toppings look like somebody wiped their a$$ with it. This is the norm with this taco bell

Mommy Issues
I got to the speaker and asked to make sure there was no sour cream on any of my food. I pulled up to the window and before I had left I checked to see if there was any sour cream, there’s were spoon fulls of sour cream after I had asked repeatedly not to.

DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO NORTH MAIN DO NOT EAT HERE. This is LITERALLY the worst ran taco bell I have ever seen. You’ve got SEVEN PEOPLE on the drive thru line, one of those people was LITERALLY just putting food in bags and handing it off. Then one girl just stood in the back complaining LOUDLY the entire half hour I stood there waiting on food. There wasn’t a soul to be seen for the front line. Dude walked in behind me and literally waited 10 full minutes before he was even GREETED let alone got his order placed. There is ONE GUY in there that actually works. I wish I caught his name. Blond guy, goatee, few tattoos on his arm. Nicest dude. He was doing the work it apparently took FOUR other people to do. I don’t know who’s managing this place. But I’ll find corporates number. I’ll gladly let them know about the two employees I saw smoking pot right in front of the entrance and how poorly managed this place is. Pathetic.
