I moved to Nicholasville in June. It’s now mid December. My bf and I have always been a frequent customer of Taco Bell. Since we have moved here, we have visited this Taco Bell at least ten times. Each time we spend at least $30. Not ONCE, has our order been correct. Something is ALWAYS either missing or incorrect. I get upcharged for chicken on my tacos, and never get it. It’s always beef, and one time it was even steak? I don’t really eat red meat so at this point I have wasted a LOT of money on things I can’t even eat. I double check the order on the screen every single time, and every time it’s rang in correctly but once we get it it’s always wrong. I never write bad reviews, but tonight we decided to give it one more try because nothing else is really open. On the way home we pulled out a fry and they are completely cold. We got home and the crunchy tacos don’t even have any lettuce or anything on it?!? I’ve never been to a place that will mess up food 10-20 times in a row. Didn’t know that was even possible.

Found a fly in my food. Called to tell the manager about it and they said “well if you bring your receipt I can replace it for you.” I replied with “ok?” Considering I never heard an apology.. then the manager said “oh sorry by the way” I never got my receipt.. and quite frankly I wasn’t very interested in any more food after that..

I swung by Taco Bell today for lunch around 1 o’clock because I realized I hadn’t eaten today. That was probably my worst decision of the day. I left Taco Bell before even checking my order which I should’ve known better. I only got one thing, a quesadilla. The tortilla hadn’t been toasted, the cheese was definitely not melted, and the chicken was cold. Literally, could not eat it. Waste of time, waste of money

The grilled cheese steak burrito is really good. Service was fine just the same thing as most all fast food places. Attention to detail. Our frozen drink choices were not prepared with the rest of our order.

To be honest (in spite of the revolving door of employees affecting all fast food places) interacting with the staff here is almost always pleasant – a rarity in today’s fast-food world. Idk what makes this place less soul-crushing for its employees than the other places in town, but keep it up! Combine that with the usually better-than-expected quality of their food and you’ve got probably the best (actually fast) fast food place in town.

Went through the drive through and the lady was rude while I was placing my order. I was asking about adding some guacamole on the side for my nachos and you could tell that it aggravated her. When I got to the window to pay, she was shaking her head out of frustration as other people placed their orders. I’m not sure if they were short handed or if she just didn’t want to be there, but whatever the reason, she was not happy at all! When I got home, I found that my food was cold and the sauces that I had asked for were left out of the bag. It was a totally bad experience. Taco Bell definitely needs to do a better job with the customer service and food quality.

This location has some serious problems with making items correctly. Half of thr time items using shredded cheese like the quesadillas aren’t melted at all. For the past 6 months they’ve been incapable of making the beefy 5 layer burritos for some reason and have consistently given me a completely different menu item that has some of the same ingredients. At first I thought the recipe changed but every single other Taco Bell is able to make them. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
