It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten at Taco Bell. Our town’s is less than impressive. THIS Taco Bell is the opposite. Fast, clean, friendly. But the food! We got a grilled deluxe chicken burrito, double crunch wrap, and cinnamon twists. Light, crispy, fresh crisp lettuce and tomato. The grilled tortilla deliciously crispy-chewy. Cinnamon twists were light and crispy with just the perfect sweet cinnamony deliciousness. 4 hours to get here is a bit much but tempting to return for this meal. Our taco bell could take some lessons.

Here I am writing a negative review. I hate this but thought HOPEFULLY this wouldn’t happen again if I mentioned what happened today. I went to the drive-thru here and asked what was in the power bowl. The worker told me, Black beans, Rice…. and so on…I asked if it was pretty filling and she said Oh Yes! So, I ordered 2 and it was basically a bowl of rice and lettuce. NO BEANS AT ALL!!! I thought maybe they misunderstood my order so I called and asked if beans were supposed to be in the power bowl. The lady answered, Yes, but we are out of black beans today. I told her that it would’ve been nice to have been told that. She didn’t really say anything after that. No apology or offer for anything “to make it right.” Just want you all to know to ASK even if they tell you it comes with beans. Just ask, “Do you have beans today???” Ugh. Oh well. The rice was tasty but definitely not “filling.” And for the $13.50 something pricetag I’m disappointed. I’ll be sure to ask if I ever come back. 🙂

They’re always very friendly when I go through asking me how my day has been and willing to tell how theirs has been as well. They listen to what I ordered and of course they’re only human so mistakes are sometimes made but they take it in stride to ask for it to be re-fixed.

Restrooms and facility was so dirty. Soap dispenser out of soap and toliet paper holder on floor. Should have left when we saw how poorly kept the store was. Food ok at best compared to other taco bells.

I have eaten at many Taco Bells and never had any issues. However, a co-worker and I went here yesterday on our way through town. We each ordered two different menu items and got different drinks. By the end of the night we both ended up with upset stomachs and still do not feel well this morning. While I’m aware that there is a running joke about how Taco Bell food does not sit well with people, I have never had that experience until eating food from this Taco Bell.

I’ve eaten at Taco Bells across over 30 states and this was one of the best so far! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #7 chicken quesadilla with soft taco. That taco melted in my mouth. It was perfect!! I wanted to go back and get more! The quesadilla was fresh and delicious as well. The lady at the window was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I’d definitely go back.

I’m definitely not a complainer, because biggest reason being is I have been working in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years now myself, but my 5 year old nephew could do better than this. How do you even get this out of no lettuce and only cheese?? I was so aggravated because I didn’t have time to go back through the drive-through after I had already sat there 30 minutes anyway and if I had attempted to do that, I would have been late for work myself. Although I did try calling them and and all I got from that was a fax line. Apparently having a college degree is needed, even in the restaurant industry
