One of the worst T Bells we’ve been to. Every table was dirty. The bathroom smelled like horse stables, the food was slapped together with no care, large amounts of food on the floor, and weird people hanging around the parking lot that didn’t make us feel safe. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

I’ve been to my share of taco bells, and I haven’t rushed to write a review like I did after visiting one today. Lindsey was such a breath of fresh air, she took our order and took care of us, but she also felt like a friend. She seems to be the perfect employee, I would visit again just because she was so kind. She even remembered my name is Maria when I came back to place another order. I hope she sees this review and I hope the manager or whoever is in charge knows that they have a great team member in there.

I went through the drive, placed my order. I did not check it until I got to my destination. Once I did my order was wrong. I called management and she politely corrected the issue. I went back the next day and got my order. They also gave me a free large drink which I was willing to pay for but the lady said it’s on the house. Thank you so much.

This location could use a morale boost. I get I asked for no cheese and then changed my mind for the crunch wrap. However, that is no excuse to leave off key ingredients on the crunch wrap Supreme and then only fill half the chicken quesadilla. Not even just skimming on the ingredients, literally half the quesdailla was filled. We asked for extra creamy jalapeño sauce to be added to the quesadilla, which we were charged for, but that wasn’t added either. I smiled, was nice, apologized for changing my order, and continued to help the girls at the window feel some kind of happiness. However, we got nothing but a dry thank you when my the bag was handed to me. I get, if you don’t like the service don’t go, but if I choose to go to what I expect to be a 1/2 way decent (used to be way more affordable) place then I expect to at least get what I paid for. Prices are way too high to be taking risks like this for a quick bite to eat.

Took over 15 minutes to get our food. We’re filing drive-thru orders and ignoring inside. Nobody in charge more worried about smoke breaks. Food definately didn’t look the pictures. Avoid at all costs

About a week ago, my family and I purchased a large order of regular food as well as side order of 24 Cinnabon Delights. There were zero ordering errors in the regular food but when we got home, we discovered that the Cinnabon Delights were 5 pastries short. Five missing Cinnabons would have meant one child wouldn’t get any Cinnabons at all and yet another child would be 2 Cinnabons short. Thus, we packed up the kiddies and drove back to Taco Bell with all of the Cinnabons in tote. Upon arrival, Aaron and Sam greeted us and agreed to exchange the bags of Cinnabons with two new bags that had the correct number of pastries. Aaron and Sam immediately prepared 24 fresh Cinnabons and they were hot and delicious. These were some of the best Cinnabons we have ever had. Service like this is above and beyond our expectations and will ensure our restaurant loyalty for years to come.
