Tacos flat as cardboard and barely nothing in them….and cold. It looked like someone stomped on them. Gandhi ate more then they served us. A real rip off. Called the Taco Bell hotline and they acted like I was an annoyance. They asked for my receipt number but I told them I was not given one. Again they acted like I was the problem. I was told the Manager would be getting into contact with me but of course the crook never did. NOW I know why the workers in Stanford do not give out Receipts. They are covering their tracks after ripping us off. And the Manager allows this to go on and on. NOT GOING BACK. I guess the only people they can get to work for them is bottom of the barrel. Management is bottom of the barrel too for allowing the bad things you read in the Reviews going on. I would venture to say that if Taco Bell did a random drug screen on this franchise the whole thing would probably shut down. The bottom-feeders who own this franchise obviously DO NOT CARE how their customers are treated. Look at the pictures below….people in North Korea eat better than this….

They were short staffed and doing the best they could but the food was the best I’ve ever had at a taco bell. Chicken power bowl is what I always get and this one was absolutely the best. Everything seemed fresh and in good portions.

I placed a mobile order before I left my house and I live twelve minutes away. My order only contained two burritos and a large drink. It was mid afternoon and they were not busy when I arrived at all. There was one couple sitting at a table And two cars in the drive-through. I walked in and stood at the counter for a a very long time, Not one staff member spoke to me, So I reached over the counter to get my drink cup so I could at least go ahead and get my drink, Then all the staff acted like I had offended them by doing so. I watched them put the toburritos in a begg while holding the bag. They continue to stand there and chit chat with each other for 3 more minutes, while holding my food. Then turned around and handed it to me.

Told myself 6 months ago I would never go back because the food was awful, figured surely to goodness it would be better by now ??? Nope, food is still awful, the tortilla used for my Crunchwrap was so stale it broke into pieces and was hard to chew. Obviously management is the one to blame if issues still aren’t fixed. Literally paid for garbage!

The people working there was actually really nice when taking my order and giving me my food so it was very surprised when I pulled into a parking spot, opened my food and this was the very little that I received. I paid $4.50 just for this item One of the more expensive things on the menu. Very little chicken which I understand meat is expensive but hardly no cheese either. Come on taco bell. Was you ready for your break or something?

Food was better than most taco bells. Service was just average. Lady at window didn’t have much customer service skills. Very little interaction and very little assistance. Didn’t ask if you needed anything. Paid, received food without any response. Asked if sauce was in bag she nodded and shut the window.

Pretty good stuff, excellent power menu options and most other menu items are Keto friendly (minus the shells/wraps). The diet soda served at this location is cold and refreshing, plus the service is always downright charming.

This taco bell always goes above and beyond. They have never messed up my order and they’re always so polite. Everything is always fresh and warm. I’m vegetarian and my bf isn’t and they mark which are which for me without me even asking which is such a thoughtful touch.
