The worker in there clearly see’s me waiting patiently outside for him to open up it is currently 7:10am. He does not open the door and instead looks at me, when I am at this establishment trying to eat. Very disappointing and terrible customer service. The store is suppose to open at 7am yet no one was there. The start of my month on June 1st and this is how I’m greeted… hungry!

I work until late at night. I sent someone to get me taco bell, which I do all over the country. He ordered my crunchy tacos with the meat on the side so they wouldn’t be soggy by the time he got back with them. They did not do it, and therefore I got doggy tacos that went in the trash. If I liked soft tacos that is what I would have ordered. So no I do not recommend this store, as they can’t take simple instructions.

It has been fine the other times I have gone, but today I was told they were closed after I sat in the drive thru line, watched other cars in front of me place their orders and move up to pay. Sat by the speaker silently for a few minutes while the line ahead moved, only to hear the man come over the speaker eventually and say “we’re closed” I know it’s close to closing time, but 3:00am means 3:00am. Not 2:45am. I’m sure the other cars behind me were also unhappy as well.

I hate giving less than 3 stars for service anywhere. I feel like it implies that I am not understanding or empathetic to those working in the fast food industry (the blue collar folks, I mean). I have worked fast food, myself, and it is a thankless job where workers are constantly berated and verbally assaulted. They deserve the same respect as any doctor in town (in fact, considering the town and the available doctors, fast food workers are probably more deserving of respect).

Really hate leaving bad reviews because usually issues can be resolved in a friendly way. Made an order for several people including myself and got back to work when I realized there were a few things missing. Went back and kindly let them know the items that were missed. The guy acted like I insulted his mother. I wasn’t accusatory I just wanted to fix the mistake. I mean, it was paid for and I didn’t get it. He was unfriendly and rude when I thanked him. On to find a new Taco Bell.

They were out of ground beef. Unbelievable! So they ley me substitute steak( at a substantial up price, double the price of a regular soft taco Supreme) And the only ingredient in the taco other than the steak was some wilted Lettuce. I was sure supreme meant Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.

You have some very rude uneducated employees at this location.Real good possibly that they gril working the drive thru at the time I posted this is stealing from her employer,by trying to charge a dollar for a cup of water to a costumer that is purchasing food. Not sure whats happened at this location but service seems to have gone downhill, they dumped food into bag, an also try give me wrong drink and then try playoff acting as though i didnt order a drink, it almost seems like there is alot of negative behavior with the employees there now, i will never return this location agin.
