This Taco Bell no longer has in person ordering. You have to place your order on a kiosk regardless of format of payment. I paid with cash. I was instructed by the kiosk to proceed to the register so my payment could be collected. There were 2 whole employees in sight. One was preparing the food and the other was running drive-thru. I waited a good amount of time just to pay. I was very polite and in a really good mood. After I finally got my food on my way out the door on of the ” children ” working there made a very under his breather about my weight and how ” happy” I was. After his comment I thought to myself kill’em with kindness. I pray he can find some “happiness” in his life. BTW I’m not hugely over weight but I do have a few extra pounds I could lose. When I got to my car and opened up the bag I discovered my order wasnt what I had ordered at all. I ordered chicken and I received i guess what was what the call beef. I didn’t even eat the food after all of that. I would of called the store but I didn’t have a receipt. I don’t know if the kiosk printed one out and I didn’t see it or if the unhappy kid working there failed to give me my receipt when I paid cash for my order. Will most definitely not return to this Taco Bell.

Just went through the Edgewood Taco Bell. Bought 3 crunchy tacos and all 3 shells we’re broken in half & all the lettuce, very little taco meat & a couple strands of so called cheese we’re just laying in the wrapper! No napkins, no sauces & I shouldn’t have to ask for it! Very rude customer service! I’ll NEVER patronize this specific establishment again! Just plain outright PATHETIC and uncalled for!!!

Food was good but having no one taking you order is stupid and has no friendly and personable atmosphere . Also can’t make orders right because you order something and it is not right and they forgot to give drink cups and stood there waiting for 5 minutes trying to get my drink cups and then my wife drink that she got tasted like mold. Probably for poor cleaning of the pop machine.

When asked which one of my burritos didn’t have tomatoes as nothing was marked on the packaging, these said to go home and unwrap them to find out. When I asked about ordering online she said, I cannot help you.
