This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to! The Walton Kentucky location really does an amazing job on portions and speediness getting the food out the window! Always a friendly staff as well ❤️ quick to fix any issues but I’ve only ever had one small one. Keep up the great work guys!

Very disappointed by dinner today. We were missing a chunk of our order, the items were not filled at all, and even our nacho cheese cup straight up looked like it was leftover from someone else. We pulled it out of the bag exactly like it looks in the picture. So nasty!! Our drink syrups were also out. What a waste of money.

Extremely rude experience. Ordered through app. Card was charged but order was not received by location. When I went in to request either my order or a refund I was told in the RUDEST way by what I come to find out is the DISTRICT manager. The fact that the TACO BELL APP cannot be accessed by TACO BELL is ridiculous enough, but to yell that you refuse to give a paying customer any assistance and to offer NO other recourse but “contact the app” is beyond unbelievable! Got into a shouting match with this guy in the middle of his business over 20 bucks!!! Are you kidding me??? I witnessed the person before me registering a complaint on treatment by staff which when they left a staff member said “we’re sorry!” And this same district manager yelled out, “No we’re not!” I know the world is in a terrible place right now, but I surely do not understand what happened to basic customer service!! We work hard and when we choose where we spend our hard earned money we expect at least a little bit of basic respect. And when we feel we’ve been disserviced we expect reasonable treatment. When I was contacted by phone by this guys boss he wasn’t quite as rude but it was obvious the guy i fought with had spoken to him already, there was no way this guy was listening to anything I really had to say. Sticking to the “we are unable to do anything with app problems” schtick. Told me flat out he doesn’t believe me. Didn’t care how rude his employees are to paying customers! Obviously I expected too much in this day and age to even expect the empty “I apologize for your inconvenience.” Had I been offered even that empty apology in a calm and kind way could have diffused the situation, but this guy responded to my obvious and fully understandable anger and aggravation having been STOLEN from with his own nasty “There is NO WAY I am helping you” attitude. I contacted app and received my money back and that rep was awesome and kind, but I won’t be spending my money at any TACO Bell again I my life. I understand businesses need employees and aren’t willing to lose able people, but the fact this dude is a District Manager and has absolute no empathy for paying customers is disgusting. I hope he receives the same treatment he served at his restaurant every time he tries to eat elsewhere. I hope a company takes 20 dollars worth of food out of his child’s mouth and has no recourse and is treated just exactly as rude when he tries to have his grievances addressed.

Very disappointed with this taco bell, my order was so simple and they still messed it up. I asked for extra beef on my soft tacos and I guess they took that as sprinkle a Little beef on top and fill the rest with cheese and they put half of the wrap inside my taco!!

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too will never. Come back to this the messed my order up and would not replace the order that was messed up even talked to the manager and she stated she talked to the GM which is bs I will never use this business ever again absolutely the worst management I have ever encounter absolutely terrible

Customer service was awful, told me to just use the kiosk. Had customers waiting to place an order at the front and ignored them. Food was gross, tasted very artificial and fake.. I won’t eat there again, very disappointed ☹️ Nothing tasted fresh at 1pm.

Looking at the reviews, well I have to add mine too. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever seen. Went to the drive-through at 11:50 pm on Jan 16. I was charged and served cold food. Barely heated. It seemed suspicious because they were looking at us. I didn’t notice until I got on the highway and my family notified me that it is just plain cold. Checked out and they were right. When I came back it was closed. No food and no money. I think they will poison people with that trashy food.

This taco bell makes me uncomfortable, for one, one of the managers there, keep in mind they won’t fire him, inappropriately touched three children, and they’re allowing him to work with minors. For two they’re never prepared, Tonight we ordered online and they said we had to wait 30mins because they didn’t have the beef and chicken thawed out. It’s nasty there, no employee cleans after their own mess, trust me, I’ve seen it.
