Typical Taco Bell , girl with purple hair looked at me like I was a burden to her, after waiting a few minutes another girl came to take my order , they really wanted me to use kiosk to order I could tell by there actions. But NO. Food was good. Service and cleanliness was a big fail here .

Did a mobile order as I’m a truck driver and I’m on limited time to stop. The purpose of a mobile order is to avoid waiting. The order wasn’t even received (app said it was) by anyone. They had it on the ticket printer still. Even though we told them we were waiting, it was another 15 mins before someone grabbed the ticket to make it, which looked like the manager and she was annoyed to have to make it. Not sure they are capable of mobile orders at this site. They were NOT short staffed either. Not an apology, nothing. I will be reaching out to corporate about this franchised location.

Very small portions. Horrible service. Two customers were skipped completely. I waited for 2 tacos, no tortilla, and the guy asked three times what I ordered so he could make it. Save your time and do drive through. Inside ordering is a joke!

Waited 6 minutes at the counter before they would take my order and at least 30 minutes after that for my food. Ordered a burrito without spicey sauce for my 3 year old and of course they put the sauce all over it. Checked my receipt and it reads “no sauce” so my best guess is they can’t read. Couldn’t get a new burrito because they were closed by the time they got the food to us. This is not my first bad experience at this taco bell. They almost always mess the order up. Especially later in the evening. You would probably be better off to just go behind the counter and fix your own food. There is not many great fast food joints in Grayson but I would say this dump is one of the worst. However, I understand if the uncontrollable craving for steak chalupa consumes you and you go crawling back. I’m not here to judge, only inform.

This place messes up my burrito every time I go there. I’ve asked the manager to retrain her staff, and yet they still don’t know how to make and modified order. Charter Foods needs to know about the quality that this Taco Bell is producing and not up to the standards of the company

Every thing was great except the lobby was so cold it was hard to enjoy the food. A family can still eat here without breaking the bank, unlike McDonald’s, which now costs $35 to feed 3 people! (Which is ridiculous for fast food)

The dune in/ counter service was painfully slow! I could see all types of cars coming and going at the drive thru, but it took over 30 minutes to get 2 bean and cheese burritos with a drink.
