This location has completely gone downhill. The new building and location did nothing to improve on the service or quality of the food. It usually takes multiple bad experiences before I leave a review like this. On more than one occasion I’ve been given potatoes burnt beyond the point of consumption. They were like rocks and caused me to chip a tooth. But that’s not even why Im here writing this today. Last night my meal was ruined before I could even it get it home. There was so much grease seeping from the meat that the paper wrapping had completely dissolved into my food and completely dissolved the bottom of the bag. It was so greasy and wet that the food couldn’t maintain its form and became an amalgam of paper and slop in my floor board. I didn’t notice the severity until i was already home. The staff took no care what-so-ever to ensure the food was prepared to taco bell standards.

After walking in the door and waiting as the customers that was already in line finished there order we was told they was closed and we could not place an order because they close at 10:00 after looking at my watch and seeing it was like 15 till I ask the other workers …then why was we allowed to stand here waiting while the people in front of us placed there order. They replied that we should have gotten here sooner but the drive trough was open and laughed.

08/20/2023 about 9ish o’clock. I’m editing my review to add another bad experience with Taco Bell. 1) So I ask for no chipotle sauce on my grilled cheese beef burrito and they marked the wrong burrito. 2) I ordered 3 of these burritos and none of them had the fiesta strips on them. 3) Also one of the employees taking orders seems to be totally on something. Louisa Kentucky Taco Bell needs to be managed better. Something is definitely wrong with their employees always getting orders wrong. And no my reviews are not the only time my orders have been wrong. My orders have been wrong so many times that I just don’t have the time to write a review each and every time.

This Taco Bell has an interesting design, but I’d say it’s subpar as far as Taco Bells go. Rather than take my order, I was just offered assistance with the kiosk. Business was slack enough that all five employees were engaging in chit-chat, but there wasn’t a single clean table in the dining room. Crispy taco shells were a little stale.
