Extremely rude employees. Rushed me to order at the screen and wouldn’t give me time to make a selection. After receiving my food, I asked for sauce and they slammed the window in my face! They were very rude. This is very uncalled for and I will refuse to stop here for future meals. Sad thing is I enjoy Taco Bell. I will be taking my business to Logan next time.

Ordered ahead online. Got sour cream after specifically ordering no sour cream ahead of time. Missing order items once got home. The drinks was offered to us by cans after they were already paid for (ordered large also) which I just declined. Really just depends on what employees are there they have some good workers but they can’t be there all the time. I called and the worker I spoke with said to drive back up and they’d provide the rest of my meal however it’s too late and I don’t have that luxury due to work and the sleep I need. This is not the first incident. Disappointed they can do better. Just want what I pay for.

Guys pet a dog in the drive though with prep gloves on and never changed them. Then went back to making food. Walked out from there since sanitation is not a priority

This store can’t make a burrito if they layer one they make it like this one spoon of meat one spoon of beans one of cheese one sourcream and so on it should be spread all over the burrito not a big bit of sour cream then next bite cheese the one on South mayo trail Pikeville is so much better try it I’m right you guys need help bad learn how to prepair the food the taste is bad at this one
