Walked in, there was a woman standing at a register, there was no acknowledgment that we were standing there or that she was ready to take our order. She also looked like she would rather be anywhere but here. Not 1 time did she smile, and I sat where I could watch her. She was unpleasant to the few others who also made the bad decision to step foot in here. Won’t be doing that again! Also, the fries were stale, and the taco shell completely crumbled on the first bite.

This place has taken a nose dive into customer service hell. They installed a kiosk just for the employees to stand around at the front counter and stare at you. Even if there is only one other customer in the building, you will still wait a very long time for your food. But the food taste as good as expected from Taco Bell.

I ordered one of their Meals and waited 30 minutes just to find out it was wrong. They fixed it but when I got my Quesadilia it had a burned crusty thing in it. Like something from the toaster that’s been in there for quite some time.Not a good experience 🙁
