Food was not fresh! Tortillas were hard, so naturally the filling was everywhere but in the burrito. Nacho fries were soggy, and cold. They forgot onions on 2 of the tacos, so they threw some in the wrapper with both tacos that were broken. I asked a lady (employee) for our drink cups, and she walks back to the food line to look at the screen, walks up and slams a cup on the counter. I told her I ordered 3 drinks, and she argued that. Won’t visit location again.

The ordering kiosk is a great idea when it is functional. I ended up having to do an order at the register with a cashier. The watermelon lemonade freeze froze up so I ended up getting a refund. Food was what you expect from a fast food restaurant. Loved the the Nacho Fries!

So go threw outside lane drive threw woman comes on speaker say hold on precedes to take 3 different orders on inside lane and was about to take a forth when I just drove up towards window I started to explain to the woman in window that I hadn’t given my name at the speaker because 3 cars had went and a forth was going and never got a word again om outside when im taking it was the night manager steps in and says what’s going on so I retell what was going on so I could get them to check me in so I could get my food and after retelling the story she was like there’s a cone on the outside and I explained there wasn’t and she jumped in real quick and said well the wind blew it away and I just put it back up rudely I. Might add then she proceeds to tell me that her crew can’t handle what she called a big order (which was 4 boxes for my family)and I would have to drive around and wait in line again or I could go sit in parking lot and come get it well wasn’t going back threw that drive thru and so the manager brings the drinks out and my wife goes in to get the food and there’s at least 5 making food plus the other staff of a few so made us wonder what kinda order this crew can handle while my wife was in there she heard inappropriate talking from the employees and then when we got home well the manager was right they couldn’t handle 4 combos because there was things wrong and or missing and most of it was cold HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

To the owner of this location, I would advise you to watch your cameras. One of your employees is stealing people’s card information because I went through the drive-thru on Monday and 5/22/23 and ordered food and it was $23.58 this morning on 5/24/23 I got a charge for $14.78 I never went through your drive-thru this morning. So somebody is either taking pictures of the cards or writing it down. And now I have to go to the bank and get a new debit card and also because I use the credit card with you guys last week I had to pay $25 for a new credit card. The credit card didn’t have extra money spent but because I didn’t trust it I went and got a new one. Please please please watch your cameras and catch whoever is doing this. Thank you because it’s a huge inconvenience.

The service is really slow we’ve come during lunch and dinner and it doesn’t matter. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or what. But our food always seems to come out correct and good.

Don’t sleep on this location. There are a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was the best I’ve had at a Taco Bell since before the pandemic. Not one item was wrong and everything was packed full of ingredients.

Don’t know how to wrap burritos beans wasn’t fully cooked (black beans) good fell out bottom of my burrito first was making the smallest cheesy bean and rice burrito I’ve ever gotten the first time so I thought it was maybe the server but went again and the same thing happened so tonight I went in to ask about that and share my grievance so I got two the size was right but it wasn’t properly prepared 7/27/2023
