7-19-2023. Place a mobile order. Two items were cheese quesadillas. I meant to make them without sauce (child is a picky eater). I told them at the window that I needed those without sauce. The guy at the window hollered it back to the preparers. I couldn’t make out what they were saying but he said “I can’t do that” and then I watched them put the quesadillas in the warmer. My guess is they were already prepared and they just sent it as is. Sure enough, I get home and there is sauce on the quesadillas. Kid won’t eat them.

The employees were rude, blasting inappropriate music not suitable for children’s ears! But the food made my children my husband and self very sick!! Severe stomach cramps and I’m sure you can guess the rest I don’t wanna write that on here, but my husband and 13 yr old son food both taste like chemicals or dish soap!! So please just be careful eating there it definitely was our last meal there last night!!

Had a mobile order and ordered 2 of the new shredded beef tacos and other tacos. Girl at the speaker was very unfriendly and also at the window the girl was very rude. When I received my food my sauce for the tacos were completely dumped out all over the bag and all over all of my food, was extremely hot and burned my fingers while trying to clean the mess so it didn’t leak onto my cars seats. Will not be coming back to this location

Not fast food. Lobby should be closed again. This location does not have enough staff to operate efficiently. Don’t use the Kiosk to order food inside. Sometimes the Kiosk is the only option to order food in the lobby. Several times I have paid at Kiosk and waited 15 mins before my order was even started. Sometimes the Kiosk orders didn’t come through to the kitchen… Other times only one person was working Kiosk orders so I had to wait for her to go to the bathroom then come back and start the 6 orders waiting in Kiosk. Staff was super friendly and food was good, but the wait time was ridiculous for a lunch break.

This was one of the better Taco Bell places that I’ve been to in regard to food, and the main lobby was very clean. However it took a while for me to get service and I was the only one in line. In the bathroom when I went inside of it ran out of toilet paper in the dispenser holds two different roles of paper. Both were empty.

We came into the restaurant and noone else was there. Three workers were walking around as we stood at the register and were completely ignored. We turned around and ordered at the kiosk…and honestly would have left except it was late and we had no other options. The order was missing a burrito. My son went back to the front to ask for it stood there for several minutes and then began saying excuse me several times before one of the workers would even bother to ask him what he needed. He told them and they said ok…however…refused to fill the order. The rest of ge family finished eating and my husband went to the front and asked a second time for the burrito. He stood there and waited as the rest of us were headed to the car. I would not recommend this location at all and for sure will not be visiting again.
