Decided to stop and use a gift card for lunch. Got the food relatively quick and the girl taking my order seemed nice enough but the food was terrible. My grilled cheese steak burrito had next to no meat in it. It was basically a sour cream and tortilla strip burrito and at $11 that just don’t feel right.

We went through the drive through and ordered 7 items, only got six. The cashier did a good job, the person who cooked the prepared and packed it (found out later that apparently she was the manager), and she argued with us about how many things were in the bag, swearing she remembered making and packing all 7 and proceeded to tell us that we needed to go pull forward and go through all the wrappers and find out what we were missing. I called back when we got home to speak to the General Manager who “wasn’t in and she didn’t know when he would be” and she said she was the Manager and was simply not allowed to take the food back through the window, even though the cashier just handed it to us and all we did was look in the bag to count… we’ve had too many issues with that and they’re NEVER right on Doordash. After about 10 minutes of holding up the line, she finally made the one thing that was missing. It was ridiculous. In addition, their food is getting more expensive and the portions are getting much smaller. These would not even feed toddlers. We will never go back. There are other Taco Bells around.

Got home from the drive thru. Missing 1 of the 4 Soft Taco Supremes that I ordered and to add insult, there was no “supreme.” No diced tomatoes or sour cream on any of them, only meat and a heaping pile of lettuce. Not worth it to drive back there but Taco Bell, please do better!!

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, a little after 8 pm. No one took our order. We looked in the dining room and no one was at the register either. So we drove across town to the other Taco Bell. This used to be the good one but not worth the effort anymore.

Daughter went through drive through at 9pm. Message said sorry were closed come back at regular business hours. She drove to the entry door side of the building and saw 5 employees just sitting; no customers. She had to drive to another Taco Bell that was out of her way. Really!

I hate the system of kiosks. Its so impersonal. You walk inside to order, and a person tells you to use the kiosk. 15 minutes later… order is finnaly placed for family of 5. A person at the register could have done it a lot faster. They literally have no one at the counter the whole time we are there. I know there is COVID, but restaurants were doing this pre-COVID.

This taco bell is hit or miss and has been that way for many years. I’ve lived in the Reynoldsburg area here since 1989 this taco bell was so infested with roaches years ago they demolished it and rebuilt this one. The service was good here back in the 90s but since around 2003 there has been an entirely new Staff every time I go there and the service and food sucks in there anymore. What is with the tiny tables it’s so annoying you can’t even fit a trey of food on the table hardly. The drive thru is sooo slow. I have spent on average 20 to 30 minutes at the drive thru only like 2 or 3 cars in front of me. Avoid this taco bell you can go home and cook something for yourself and have eaten already by the time it takes them to get your order to you at the drive thru. Then when you finally get it 90% of the time it’s wrong. Freaking annoying.

Went through the drive thru tonight and my order was completely wrong when I got home and what was right was so old that the soft shell was stuck to the paper.. I called to inform the manager on duty and as I told him I was not able to come back up there and I wasn’t calling for anything free and do not want to leave my name for a replacement order I just wanted to bring it to his attention he was rude and then hung up on me.. and this is why people are constantly against giving fast food workers $15 an hour .. extremely disappointing
