My husband went and got us dinner from Taco Bell. It’s usually really good until tonight he gets home with the food there’s a piece of wood in the soft taco. The potatoes were extremely old like inedible so I call up there in the manager, Jerry Clark laughed and said he knew he gave us old potatoes his bad for not putting sour cream on them and argued that the lettuce wasn’t discolored and old I informed him I to once was a manager at Taco Bell! I know how it works as he laughed and said to come in tomorrow to either get my order, replaced or my money back, proceeded to hang the phone up on me the conversation was recorded though. I’ve included pictures. P.S. the taco with wood in it was for my 5 year old son!

It’s just ok. I mean, I don’t expect much at a fast food drive through. Well, except hot food, priced right, with common courtesy. The food here is usually lukewarm at best, they always overcharge me on something, and I have to be ready for the bag toss with a quick “straw’s in the bag” statement. My husband refuses to come here at all.

The food is subpar, the nacho fries are like if your mom put the nacho fries in the air fryer, then gave up and put them into the microwave. I don’t feel like they put into a fryer! So limp and sad. Insult to potatoes 🙁 service is very short with usually a jockey 18 guy going “yup” and “uh huh” is about the communication you’ll get. Love the effort but then again, it is Taco Bell! In a pinch, was still an okay dinner.

I originally gave this location a 1 star review because it was pretty awful consistently. However they have changed their ways and do good work now. So I have revised my review to 5 stars. Don’t get cocky though it can always be changed back.

So I’m editing my review for this location. I gave them a 1 star in the past because they got my order wrong 2 times in a row. I came back to give them another try. Lately they’ve gotten my order right and have had fast clean service so I’m now changing it to 4 stars.

Done ordering from this Taco Bell. Food would be good if the staff would follow my online order directions. Has happened again and I am finally boycotting this Taco Bell. I guess I should expect poor service from employees who probably aren’t paid well and work late hours. Amazing the poor customer service most of us have come to accept.

If you plan on going to this location after midnight they are “Sold out if everything except tacos” every single day, starting at midnight. Per the employee working the drive through window, every single day at 12 they will only sell tacos and that is it. You guys are the only thing open that late, it’s pure laziness. It’s pretty sad this world we live in I see this with every single business not just fast food. Pure laziness and the willingness to not work.

I’m very annoyed with this location…. I have. Been there three times in the last 2 weeks Andrew you have failed terribly. I’ve asked for the no beans on all the things I’ve ordered and they have put beans on all my orders….. Ive spent 40 dollars on food I had to throw away… I workmon the restaurant bizx and this is unexcusable. Your employees needed to pay attention I guess I’ll go the one on 36/37 because they actually read there tickets.. I only go here for convince and you’ve failed… I’ll change the review when you gs start paying attention and actually get orders right…… All I ever ask for is no beans. That doesn’t seem like to much…
