Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to ones from college campus to the near east side Columbus and this has to be the worst. They are either out of some main ingredient e,i. meat, nacho cheese or they don’t accept anything but cash. And I’ve been here multiple times and each time there is some issue. What is the point of being open if you can’t serve what’s on the menu or run credit cards. Ridiculous.

Cash only cause their card machine is down, no chalupas cause their fryer is down, and they had to hand out cans of soda cause their fountain drink machine is down. And this place is NEWLY OPEN. The next Taco Bell down the road isn’t much better. Like the lesser of two evils. But at least my order was wrong when I got it. At this point you just give up.

Better check your order to make sure things are made correctly before leaving. Ordered on the app, which allows you to customize everything. Yes my kids are picky, don’t like lettuce on their taco or sauce on their quesadilla. This is the 2nd time where everything was made incorrectly. Shame on me I guess.

Best Taco Bell In Awhile!! We live in Lancaster and both locations are super backed up in drive thru all the time, the taco bell by my house locks customers out forcing you to use drive thru with over a 30 min wait so we quit going to taco bell for awhile. I decided to go in to this location with my family to eat in and we actually was allow to go in and eat which is shocking now days. We ordered a pretty large order and all the food was made fresh and all correct. The employees were all super nice and provided great customer service. So rare now I thought this place deserved a big thank you. I know how hard customer service in the food business is and they definitely are under paid and under appreciated!! Thank you for a good eating experience.

Newer facility so newer staff ect. Parking lot layout is something else. Building looks nice food was ok but takes some time and sometimes is incorrect. Not a bad location though.
