Every single order is wrong or made poorly. Awful customer service and always missing items. They never give you a receipt to even be able to call corporate to complain. This is my quesadilla with literally nothing on it, same with everything else I ordered. It’s annoying when you pay for extra ingredients and you get even less than normal.

Made the MISTAKE of going inside to eat on my lunch break – instead of going through the drive thru. First it took almost 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me standing there. I ordered 1 Taco salad, that’s all, nothing else. It took another 11 minutes for them to make my order. I asked a few times about my order and was told they were very busy because of the drive thru orders.

If the guy walking around playing on his would have acknowledged I was standing at the counter I might have ordered but after 10 minutes of watching drive thru make food and watching a guy walk around the kitchen and play on his phone I left without ordering. I should have listened to my coworkers when they told me that it was a disaster to even try and go there. I won’t make they mistake again.

Another day another taco bell location with the lobby closed and only serving one car at a time. Seen 3 cars pull in and out after realizing you can’t go inside. And the drive thru line was insane. I can only imagine how frustrating it is for the employees to have every customer be disgruntled from the wait. By 2024 I expect all fast food places to be drive thru only.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell stores around Ohio. The employee’s are very rude and lazy. They will look at you, then ignore you at the register. If you talk to them they then tell you rudely that you must use the kiosk to place an order. The food is middle of the road for a Taco Bell.
