Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and fiesta potatoes and got just meat and a tortilla and no potatoes. Surprised this Taco Bell is still in business. Called about how our order was messed up and talked to deejay said was about to close and gave me what she could. Horrible service. This taco bell is not worth your time. If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would.

This place is a joke.. nobody inside or the drive-thru.. ok cool, this should be quick, right? Wrong. Pulled up to the speaker, the girl starts taking my order.. seems like she’s having trouble but I’m like whatever.. she got 3 of the things I ordered on the screen, then nothing.. for like 5 minutes, she comes back on like she was never taking my order to begin with so I’m like yeah I was already in the middle of an order, then she goes silent again. I just left, everyone here acts/looks like they’re on drugs and it’s dirty.

They wouldn’t take my order, they said they were too busy. When I asked for 3 cups of water I only received 1. My burritos from the party pack were all tortilla and no meat or beans. They were cold and dry. They only had two employees working and it was 3:30 pm

Worse taco bell ever they are rude to the customers and to the door dash people. They messed up my order and acted like it was our fault this person is (deadre p) how do you mess up a 6 item order were gonna call corperate and own that place and when we got home there were cockroachs in it…all i can say is never eating there again. I JUST got home and looked in my bag to give out the food. I ORDERED a Sausage Crunchwrap meal, 3 breakfast burritios and a breakfast quesadilla. GUES WHAT? the order was Fvcked up. NO Sausage Crunchwrap. So it looks like I am gonna have to say fvck it and either get breakfast at a sit down restaurant or make the shyte myself. But I WILL NOT be going back to this site. Oh also, there was only ONE emplyeee and its NOT like she was in a hurry to make my food, as I was the ONLY customer the WHOLE time

Place was dirty, food on floor, tables not cleaned, soda area had trash everywhere. Temperature way too cold to enjoy eating inside. Placed order at kiosk. They set our order up without soda cup or the drink we ordered which wasn’t self-serve. An unattended child was in there with a tablet with the sound way too loud, appeared to be sn employees kid, given who was in there. Terrible!!!!

Great service when they aren’t trying to charge you for taco supremes when you ordered regular soft tacos, then lie and say they are charging you the regular soft taco price when called out on it. Hello, I’ve ordered this combo 20 times, I know exactly what it costs!! Trying to steal an extra 2 dollars from me cost you at least 10 visits from me in last two months!
