It took 3 different people to take my 3 item order, the manager of the store was the one whom made my food directly. I get a taco that doesn’t even have half of the bottom of the shell. The burrito was rolled just enough that the contents spewed out the bottom. I wouldn’t go back to that same location if it was free. Been eating TB for 49 years, and the lack of integrity and quality of the food is atrocious. I know it’s TB but even still, it should be as advertised. SMH. The only reason they get 2 stars on atmosphere, is because they were playing blues music. That’s it.

Things have changed at our local Taco Bell for the Better! The Staff is friendlier and now they go above & beyond to make sure our needs are met! Been eating at this location for 14 yrs & was unhappy a few times in the past. Not anymore!! Y’all Rock!!

Always efficient, the cheese covered tacos, and dipping tacos are not good, a clear miss, not the locations fault. Why would you put velveta on the outside of shell and heat it, a mess. not much beef, could not see it when unwrapped, on commercials shows huge amounts of beef.

Thank you very much to your workers who pulled through to help me get my cat out of the engine of our car. This morning she got out of our house and we looked for over 2 hours trying to find her including under our car and didn’t see her, we drove to this Taco Bell before taking our friend home and heard her screaming, we got out and there she was stuck in the engine but they helped us get her out and I can’t thank them enough, she’s okay and stable at the vet right now. Again thank you, I know we were rude and stressed out so I apologize, but again thank you for the help

Update Feb 2023: Fool me twice (more than twice, actually), shame on me. Yet another order made wrong. These are online orders – are the employees here unable to read? Am I really supposed to unwrap and inspect every item in my order before driving off? How am I suppose to trust what’s going on behind the scenes – that cleanliness and safety protocols are being followed – if you consistently get basic orders wrong?
