Had made a order for myself and children did not get my son pop, had a nacho bell extra meat it was no meat on it and my 12pack soft shells was not cooked meat was very greasy and that tells me it was not stirred, hard shells fell apart it was so greasy! tacos was threw together, I use to work for Taco Bell for many years so I know what the food is suppose to look like and definitely didn’t get that quality.

At 1218 I placed an oder inside the store using the kiosk. When my order was made, the Caucasian taco bell worker, who made the food, passed the bag to the cashier worker and pronounced my name in a racist manner. My name is Chan and I clearly put it on the order name. She jokingly pronounced my name, “Chan Chong.” The cashier had a smirk and seems to be laughing at the so called joke. There is nothing to laugh about. I am customer spending money at a restaurant and don’t want to be insulted just trying to get lunch. I will call and email corporate regarding this.
