Sat in this drive thru with several cars ahead of us, got to the order screen and at 1:44am we were told they are closed. We even called on our way and were informed they were still open and did not close until 2am. We went out of our way and wasted our time to sit in a drive thru line and not get served. When we asked why they wouldn’t serve us, they said “we are out of a lot of things and people are getting mad.” We asked them what their names were and they wouldn’t tell us. Absolutely horrible customer service especially when they took the cars in front of us’ order and ESPECIALLY when we called ahead of time to verify.

I know it’s not a 5-star restaurant, but any sort of greeting at the window would be better than staring blankly at my hand for my method of payment. Always mad slow. Food was typical quality, though they got the order wrong. Something might be wrong with the microphone on the consumer end, or maybe the cashier needs better listening skills. I don’t think I’ll be back to this TBell for a few months; give them time to work out the kinks.

I ordered through the mobile app as soon as I get to the speaker the person is like we are only taking DoorDash orders and mobile orders. I tell them I have a mobile order when I get to the window he like “why didn’t you just say that” in a joking way. First off you didn’t give me a chance to and second they didn’t even give me my cinnatwists! She like “you want sauce?”I said yes please she like “oh you think we can read minds tonight huh”then laughed. First of all I selected I wanted sauce in the app if you would have read it you would have known I wanted sauce! I’m way to old to be playing games with people and not getting all my food but I bet they got all their money! I won’t ever go there again and if I had to choose between that location and being thrown in a cage with a lion guess which one I’m picking!
