Decided to come here on my 30 minute lunch to order a large Baja blast, a Crunchwrap supreme, a beefy 5 layer and 2 chipotle chicken melts for them to NOT give us the 2 chipotle chicken melts so I went back through the drive thru and they gave us 1 chipotle chicken melt. I go back AGAIN for the third time where an older manager asked for a receipt which is funny because the guy at the drive thru never even greeted us, said hi or give us our receipt. I told her he never even spoke to us nor gave us a receipt and she asked what we ordered. We told her and she shoved a bag out the window and said HERE YOU GO. Worst customer service ever. Thanks for wasting my time and for being so rude when it was YOUR error that happened. The older woman manager was standing next to the guy in the drive thru the whole time; probably training, although hopefully not with the way she handled everything. Definitely not a good visit.

Been there 5 times in the last week. 4 out of those 5 times they have either only been taking door dash orders or closed because of no food. The sign says open till 2am or later. When is later?!? Why serve doordash customers when you have customers coming there to get food. The whole place is a mess and needs abunch of things figured out. There is McDonald’s and Wendy’s right next door that never have problems. Get it together Taco Bell.

Inside is never open so you have to go the the drive thru. Of course the line is long and busy. Ordered food and was legitimately missing half of my order. I had to pull back around and wait 30 mins to get it. Employees were rude and complained to me about how it wasn’t their fault because there was only the two of them. This is the first and last time going to this one. I will forever keep going to the Henderson location.

This location was terrible, quite possibly the worst interaction with any food chain (like taco bell). Their “systems went down. But there were random cars in front of me getting their orders… I try to ask why, and suddenly the “manager” just acted like an aggressive thug. Answering any question I had with, “it ain’t your problem bruh, don’t worry who’s the manager, look up the location, it ain’t your problem bruh…” with one or two other insults as i drove off (that I’ll exclude to keep it PG). What a bizarre experience, honestly. Beware everyone. I’d stay away based on that alone. 100% the worst service (if you could even call it that). ♀️. Corperate needs to raise their hiring bar. As well as teach their employees that they’re working at a taco bell, and will most likely need to have real, normal, polite conversations with normal people. They ain’t banging on company time or selling dope.

This one is close to my house and they are always sloooow but today was ridiculous. Waited at the drive thru order spot for ~4 minutes until the car in front of me -one car – left. Pulled up to the window and the two people standing in the drive thru looked at me and then looked away to continue putting paper in the register. 2 people. I left.

Came through the drive-thru today at 4:15 just to have the employee tell me that they are going to the bathroom and they don’t know how long they’re going to be. So in this the few minutes that I was there seven cars including myself all left the restaurant without ordering through the drive-thru. Seems like there should be more than one employee working so that when one has to use the bathroom the other one can continue to serve the customer.
