I’m from Findlay and stopped here on my way home from Toledo. The people were very friendly, food was hot and the restaurant appeared pretty clean. But the prices in BG are higher than in Findlay. I also with missing one of my items.

When I’ve gone to this taco bell recently in the last couple weeks I have had good experiences. I usually get the main box deal they offer and it’s been good. If I’m being honest I mainly go because of the Baja blast. But the food has been good. And the employees have been good as well. I’ll probably be back soon. Very good stuff.

Food was very hot and fresh, best taco bell i have ever been to in my life so far, not an exaggeration either, I hope the food quality stays the same, and price was cheaper then where I live aswell. No complaints at all. They also got my order correct the first time aswell which is rare at taco bell..

Me and my spouse have had multiple bad experiences here! Ordered quesadillas multiple times and they’re never good usually dry no sauce and very little meat. We have also tried to get items replaced that were made wrong and the staff is rude and do not take their job seriously! Attached is a picture… we always ask for steak and cheese and extra sauce and this is what we got!!!

All fast food options except for the new Culver’s in BG are garbage this taco bell is no different old nasty cold food. If you call mgt. Will hang up on you repeatedly.They also don’t give names but will call you by your full name off of caller ID . DONT GO HERE. or any FF in BG outside of Culver’s.

All of the workers were so unprofessional including the manager. One of the employees ripped the money out of my boyfriends hands and the manager decided to accuse my boyfriend of starting an “altercation”. Everyone who is employed here needs to be fired.

I don’t even know where to start. There was flakes of cheese and no sauce in my quesadilla. I had ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and no beans(really don’t like beans). And added lettuce for extra $ and onions to receive a regular Mexican pizza. Now I really don’t think that was worth a solid $10.20. As well as when you go through the app to make a complaint, you will soon find that you can not even submit the application after filling it all the way out. Very unsatisfying experience.

That place is horrible even they wrote you up for being slow on dishes and also the manager made a mistake when someone quit they thought they fired they need to get their facts right because they put this up in the office saying that the person was fired hello they quit they wasn’t going to tolerate being pushed by them anymore
