It’s taco bell? What more could you ask for from the “#1 best ‘mexican food'” in America. It is consistently a bittersweet feeling pulling into taco Bell’s drive through. On one hand, the “beef”, cheese and tortilla mixtures they offer are so tasty and go down smoothly with Baja blast, but on the other hand you won’t want to move 20 minutes after eating there. So it’s definitely a battle between getting a wonderful meal and getting anything else done for the rest of the day. Choose wisely.

Didn’t know there was a shortage on meat or maybe just bad employees? I pretty much had to take meat off 4 of my tacos from my taco party pack to make one taco. This is almost like my last two times going there and not getting a straw for my drink.

Beyond pathetic customer service. I went through the drive thru tonight and placed an order for 10 items. it took awhile at the pick up window and the girl handed my bag to me and said “it’s all in there I’m sorry it took so long” I told her it’s fine no big deal. Get home and I literally have 5 of 10 items missing. I called and was prepared to go pick it up and was informed at this point they are only open for door dash and mobile orders and I would have to order my food again. I said so you are telling me you are there, making food and I can’t get my food without ordering it again? I’m not paying a delivery charge on top of paying for food i already paid for and she hung up on me. I drove out to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t come to the window. A guy sitting there eating ice cream laughing.. I have never placed a corporate complaint but this…. There is a first time for everything.

First I was verbally assaulted by a young employee making inappropriate remarks as I was walking out of the establishment an then the manager Mitch , has made many rude an inappropriate remarks to his team members which I’ve watched and heard first hand. Seems like maybe cooperate should be more involved with there establishments.

Who’s managing this place at 6 pm on 11/24/2021? Ordered chilly cheese burritos. The tortillas were cold hard and chewy. The cheese wasn’t melted and there were barely anything inside. First two bites were cold hard tortillas. Worth the drive to go out to the 2nd street location.
