My husband ouder crunchwrap supreme He won’t no chicken add steak. And there was no steak on it. So I went back up and asked him to redo it and they wanted to charge me after for a sign of Steak Wich they already charge us. And never got it. The dining room was disgusting tables was not wiped. Trash was over filled.

Unprofessional location. They close the lobby at 5:30pm and force all Doordash’s to go through the drive thru, resulting in all Doordash orders waiting between 20-40mim and becoming cold upon pickup at the window. This creates a precedent that customers of not only Doordash but Taco Bell as well can suffer from instances of food borne illness, opening the company to liability. As a Doordash driver, I report all restaurants who hand me cold food at the pickup window which has been sitting for over an hour to the State of Ohio’s Food licensing commission agency as well as to Taco Bell corporate tip line. You make me wait 40mim for NOTHING, which gives me plenty of time to do my reporting. Because F you…

So far, at this Taco Bell, I haven’t had too much of a problem besides the portions getting smaller. They are fast and quick even when undermanned. Even the new trainee that was receiving training at another time I went, was quick with my order and clear!! Love this store!! Keep doing a good job!!
