Ordered a burrito, No chicken (I do not eat meat) sub potatoes. I’m billed correctly, paid extra for potatoes and I’m served chicken. Very disappointed, taco bell on Secor did the same thing with a simple cheese quesadilla, serves me chicken. I’ve been served meat as a non meat eater two times and they have both been at Taco Bell locations in Toledo.

We ordered the a delivery service, they put the food on our porch, didn’t follow the instructions we asked for. As for TB, we had over half of order missing. The items we did receive were messy, there were barely any fries! I learned a valuable lesson to not order from these delivery services because every single times we’ve ordered we gotten poor service.

I ordered $30.00+ and these tacos were supposed to be Supreme’s and as you can see… The tacos look like the literally threw them against the wall and put into my bag. Paid almost $9 for three taco Supreme’s and they were regular tacos. I was also charged the same price for chicken chilupas and I got beef chilupas. They were extremely rude and did not hide the fact they did not want to be bothered

I have always had a enjoyable time when going in to eat at taco bell. Generally the staff are nice and polite , food is how I expect it to taste and the cost is almost half of what you would spend at most other places alike. If you are just looking for a good quick fix for lunch or dinner or even breakfast then taco bell is always a good choice that will not disappoint you.

Slow would be an improvement. Glacial would be an improvement. Never experienced anything other than the slowest service. Rushes happen, but this location can’t seem to handle them. The time it takes this location to fill an order is consistently beyond reasonable even on non peak nights.

Just your standard Taco Bell. I personally cannot speak on the interior of this establishment as we used the drive thru. But the staff was friendly and the general cleanliness of the exterior of this establishment was quite nice considering the amount of traffic in the area. Good job.

We had really great service. Cliff took our order. He was polite, extremely professional and pleasant to talk too. In today’s world, he was a breath of fresh air. Nice to have meet him. The service was fast. Food was there in no time and correct. The store and bathroom was clean.

I waited in line for 30 min to pick up door dash delivery’s. I got to the window and they said they were finishing up the second order and had us pull up to the door. We waited 40 min and they came out and said they didn’t have the orders.

Honestly I go here at least three times a week, and every single time I have issues. I have a forgiving soul, so I keep coming back. But last night was the last. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes to be handed the wrong order. Went inside to have them fix it because I will not wait another 30 minutes in their drive through… and then I get inside and no one even comes up to ask why I am there. 3 people clocked in right in front of me and just walked away. Took 15 minutes for someone to look at me and then remake my order incorrectly again. A joke honestly. One star was too nice.
