Just went to Taco Bell at 5323 Monroe St. in Toledo. This is the most awful mishandling of food by far I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. We had a Mexican pizza dumped in the bag on top of everything, cinnamon twist dumped in too, quesadilla crumbled into a ball. Needless to say we did not eat our food and wasted $30. I suggest you completely avoid this location if you want to eat the food you pay for. We tried to call the store and big surprise their phone has been busy all night. Good thing they have surveys on the receipt.

Seriously THIS was the “new” shredded beef grilled cheese dipping taco! All my food including this was slapped together so sloppy! SMH ♀️

I’ve been to just about every taco bell in Toledo. This taco bell does a great job of catering to my strange and bizarre needs. I came here and essentially made my own fake protein bowl with just all of the meat elements in the menu and some cheese. They gave me all the sides I wanted without any hassle or any judgment. The person taking my order was fast and efficient and friendly. I come here often enough and it’s always pleasant. 9 out of 10 will always come back.

don’t bother coming to this location after 9pm. Even though they are supposed to close at midnight, these employees never fail to close at least 3 hours early. I live extremely close and every time we go there after 9-10 PM, their computers are apparently down EVERYTIME! went there just a bit ago (before 10pm) on 6/5/23 and even though we placed an order on the app that we already paid for, they told us they were unable to serve us unless it was a door dash order. Kind of funny, considering that the only reason we placed a pick up order on the taco bell app is because the restaurant turned off their doordash pickup orders. even if their “computers are down” it is also interesting how they are never down during their busiest times of the day and that this is clearly a reoccurring issue that the owners have been ignoring if their employees are being truthful to customers. either way, i will be waiting yet again for another 3-5 days for a refund from taco bell after I was promised food and lied to. after much wasted time and money, I have learned to never go to this taco bell again.

I fully understand that every place is shortstaffed right now. I don’t even mind waiting or anything like that. What I do mind is when the front doors are locked and the hours say open daily 9:30 AM to 1030 or later and it’s noon and the doors are still locked with no signage stating otherwise or why they are closed. This has happened a couple times now when I’ve gone to dine in at this Taco Bell location. You guys really need to learn how to communicate at least. It would save a lot of people problems.

The food looked like it did in the pic and tasted good. Everything was nice and clean. We were in front of the speaker and they said they couldn’t hear us but besides that no issues.

This place is really cozy and clean. The food was fantastic and everything was organized at the condiment station. It’s never busy when I go and the employees are quite friendly also. They have two ordering kiosks that you can use and the drive through is pretty fast even during the dinner rush. It’s best to use the side street and enter through the back as Monroe Street can be quite busy at times and hard to get into this place. Would highly recommend.

Only car in drive thru at the time. Had to repeat the order 4 times. Kept telling us the wrong amount due compared to order screen. Pull up to window and it was wrong again!! Waited forever to get food. Get home and the $5 nacho box was nothing but crumbs and lettuce. Gordida crunch was a mangled mess!! First visit! Last visit! Never going back to this one!

Our price was wrong at the window, I asked what the difference was since we had 2 items removed and the price increased by 2 dollars. I asked what was going on and he said I don’t know. I responded and said well you are pushing the buttons are you not? His answer was oh I don’t know I guess maybe I am. As he was saying this he threw his hands up in the air and that is when we noticed the crust that had adhered to the whisky extensions that were formed on his upper lip. After Andrew S threw his temper tantrum and walked away, the manager offered us a drink. She was not able to figure out what the increase in price was either. She said it’s the computers prices and they just have their thing and she doesn’t know anything about them.

Sadly no dine-in. Which was really inconvenient. Had to go elsewhere. I understand poor staffing. I just wish they had something up that made it clear somewhere somehow, so that you don’t have to walk all the way to the door.
