The World Outside
I travel cross country at least twice a year. I’ve been to 40 states and countless taco bells in between. Never in my life has a taco bell delivered such fantastic service. Best taco bell I’ve been to from the west coast to the east coast this location takes the cake. If you’re driving through Ohio, I highly recommend stopping here and getting a grilled cheese burrito with chicken. They’re fast, attentive, and polite. The food was neat and accurate to order as well as the rest of the restaurant being very clean and well kept. Whoever was working on 08/17/2023, thank you for your service

Covid has ruined everything. Called at 9:00PM to ask how long the dining room was open til, as my husbands in a semi and has to order inside. They said 10. Came at 9:50 to order and the doors are locked and you tap the window to no avail. Managers don’t care anymore. NO one cares anymore. If you say you’re open til a specific time, stay open! Not all people want to walk through a drive-thru.

In 2 weeks I been here twice. Twice I ordered the same frozen drink and both times told the machine didnt work. reminds u of the McDonald’s story and the milkshake machines alway broken down.

Our family stopped here after a local youth baseball game, and we were from out of town. I know they were busy, so the wait was acceptable but the appearance of the food when we received it was not. Everything was thrown together and was just a sloppy mess, no care whatsoever in assembling the food items. We were very disappointed with this Taco Bell.

Terrible. Mexican pizza was smashed after piled with food in the bottom of the bag, it was stuck to the top of the box and tasted terrible. Threw two of them away after two bites. $10 in the trash. Nothing to eat with..no silverware and no napkins. Very disappointed

I’m only posting this for the owner to see, but these were the saddest tacos I e received from Taco Bell. As you can see from the photo, there just wasn’t much going on inside these taco shells. I bought three tacos and they were all the same. They look like recycled tacos that they didn’t want to waste.

The Food was rock hard and stale, the service is very rude and they acted like we weren’t there, and the drink fountain had Ants crawling all over it , and the tables were very dirty and same as floor they are so RUDE AND NOT CARING worst taco Bell ever!!! And they also messed up our order they always do! They can’t even get the order’s straight Never ever go to this Taco Bell!!!!!
