I ordered 5 hard tacos. 2 had next to no lettuce and cheese, and one taco had next to nothing on it. No cheese or lettuce, not even beef. They weren’t even busy. How hard is it to make a taco? If I’m gonna pay over $2 for a taco I want more than just a shell.

I live just down the street from this Taco Bell, and as a 1 minute away fast food option they are “ok” at best. They consistently “close early” such as tonight, they said, in the drive through, that they were only accepting door dash orders at 10:45pm on a Thursday. Google says open till 3am, the window sign says 2am. But if the employees don’t want to work, I probably wouldn’t want to eat the food anyway. The Taco Bell in Lorain about 6 minutes away is consistently higher quality (multiple times I’ve had wrong orders) and faster, and actually open.

Just close the place!…enter the restaurant…7 people sitting inside. No one eating. All waiting for food. No counter service. Have to place orders on kiosks. Menu on kiosks different than menu boards on wall. Many items on menu board not on kiosk. Order. Sit down…wait with others. Cars going through drive and app orders being placed on pickup rack. Sit there for over 20 minutes… first person waiting in dining finally gets an order. Still 6 ahead of us. 10 more minutes…more pick up orders….more drive through. No orders for those inside. After 35 minutes. Get refund…that takes at least another 5 minutes….leave…go to Wendy’s for much better service and food. I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times in the 4 years I’ve lived here. Always the same. Clearly a management issue. Wont waste my time again.

Once again placed mobile order and was refused to be served. I was told they were closed for the night but had multiple customers outside and employees inside so I proceeded to call and ask if they were open and to my surprise they were. DONT RECOMMEND refuse service, wrong food, missing items, or no ice in my drink? Do better it’s Taco Bell or at least mark online your closed hopefully you won’t get the business you don’t want anyway

This Taco Bell though the service was quick and expedient the food was just warm, ordered a bean burrito and a soft taco supreme but it wasn’t hot. It’s really hard to get hot food.

Drive forced us to go jnside because the card machine wasn’t working at the window my hard tacos were soggy by the time I got them to the point that they just fell apart in to a mess on the wrapper the over all experience was just blah the guy at the counter was friendly and courteous at least but I’ll pass on this spot until they fix their issues

Stopped for my wife. She wanted something that was no longer on the menu. The employee was super friendly and offered a few suggestions that would be similar. That was nice. The food was made fast and was ready to go quicker than I would’ve expected. The order was correct and the food was hot. Everything was great. The store was clean. Overall good experience.

If I didn’t have to give any stars, this place would get NONE!!! Ordered a #6, instead of 2 chicken chalupas supremes I substituted the chicken for beef. It also comes with a crunchy beef taco. First off, they in fact gave me chicken chalupas, and this beef taco lmao!!! Did they run out of beef? I showed this to a friend and they said coke lines come thicker than that!! Such a disappointment!
