This location was great when it first opened. They must have major lack of employees now. Been a couple times lately, missing items to all orders while I was there. And the app will not let you order there. !!?!!

I’m disappointed because I wanted to try this new location & my first time was tonight. They Forgot 3 items out of my order and I didn’t realize it until I just now got home… my kid is upset they forgot her soft taco. I am missing a beefy melt burrito and a dorito loco taco out of Gordita box. Hard and soft Shells were dry. Food quality was eh, but the girl at the window was nice though so that was good:) overall I’m definitely not impressed but I’m in the food industry myself and I understand new staff, & being short staffed.

This is a new location for Elyria, I ordered a drink and two tacos and they had me pull around and wait in a parking lot. Week before that I ordered a burrito and drink and once more made me pull around.
