I don’t blame the workers. It’s not their fault. I just spent over an hour in the drive thru at this location trying to pick up a mobile order with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, I could see the dining room was packed and there was at least 10 cars behind me. There were only two people working the entire restaurant. Put more people on the schedule for shifts, because this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. I won’t be returning here, because the point of fast food is that you’re in a hurry, not to be stuck in a drive thru that you can’t exit for an hour because it’s curbed on both sides.

I must say… Last year this was one of the worst fast food spots around. However, this year I have ordered online and picked up twice and it has been exceptional both times! The food is ready right when I arrive and it’s super fresh and tastes amazing. The crew was busy but still friendly. Thanks to the lunch team that was there I finally enjoy my Taco Bell again!

This taco bell has traditionally been very slow but last visit was much quicker. However they forgot an item which happens almost everytime. Also, prices have risen so much almost not fast food priced anymore.

I was the 8th car at the drive thru and it took 38 minutes! I didn’t see any big orders being passed through the window so I can’t imagine why it took so long. The crew was friendly though.

Just went to this “awesome” Taco Bell tonight to get some Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos to watch during the Lakers Game 3… and the kid running the drive-thru said these were not available anymore. I had to settle for Non-Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos. They were great… but as I’m watching the Lakers game… I just saw a Taco Bell commercial STILL advertising the DOUBLE Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos. So, who’s right? Food here is always great. Would definitely be a five star if they practice what they preach.

Absolutely worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Every single time I have tried to order anything within the last 6 MONTHS there would be SOMETHING wrong or missing! I was the only car in the drive thru and I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meat with 2 soft tacos, quesorito, and a cheesy beefy burrito. When the lady handed me my food she was rude and didn’t even say your welcome after I said thank you. Pulled up and checked my food to find out that of course my crunch wrap supreme was MISSING, I had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes while a woman helped another customer inform of me, I finally got to her and she didn’t have my wrap anymore they had to “remake” it. Waited another 5 minutes and left with my food. I then get to open up my food and eat, but the. Ranch wrap supreme was COMPLETELY BUSTED OPEN, I couldn’t even eat it. On many other occasions they have also busted my quesorito and just wrapped it up anyways. I have ordered nachos fries and half the time they forget the cheese on multiple occasions. THEIR DRIVE THROUGH IS ONLY ONE LANE!!! So you cannot leave or pull out of line so your forced to wait 20-30 minutes in line for your food. At that point I don’t even want my food!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! I am absolutely DONE with this Taco Bell location!!!!!!!!!!

Would give them one star, but it was nice they were open late. The woman taking my order was extremely rude to me. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with “Go ahead with your order”. I said, “ok…just. a moment.” Then the woman responded with ” Did you not hear me, I said what do you want to order?”. Such rudeness in her voice. Hopefully she wasn’t a manager, if so then she needs to be placed into customer service training classes.
