I went to the store around 6:15 where I was greeted by a grizzly woman named Erica M. Little did I know when I encountered this troubled woman I was going to be repeatedly berated and treated with blatant disrespect. She was so rude to me that I had to pull over after the drive through to recollect myself. On top of this malicious service I was greeted with 2 soft tacos that I could’ve thrown on the ice and played hockey with. I am not only extremely disappointed with this location but also with you Erica M. We all go through rough times, but we don’t have to take it out on people who just want soft tacos that are edible. The management really shows in how their staff treats their customers. Taco Bell I expect more.

Ordered online and order taker said I would have to wait 20 minutes for the uber eats orders first and she would not be taking orders. I proceeded to tell her I would wait and she threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave and made up some crazy lie that i was threatening her life. Absolutely doesn’t make sense and seriously unprofessional.

Went to this location tonight and the service was terrible. The girl working the window (Erica M) was extremely rude to me when I asked a question and then proceeded to talk about me when the glass window shut to the other workers causing them to all look over at me. The attitude honestly had me shocked. If I was acting like that at my job, I would’ve been fired. Please do better. Something is clearly going wrong in management at this store.

Worst customer service. They never get the order right. Also they limit the number of items you can order (5 items per order, which includes drinks) so if you’re planning on feeding the family plan for something else. This place is a joke. I’d rather see a business in our city that actually wants to be there and serve the community. Such a waste. We will continue to go to the Westlake location to get Taco Bell. Zero stars

I tried to give this place a chance but after getting my food one of my soft tacos was burnt. I called up and told them about it. They said oh sorry our grills must have been set on high. My friend used to work for taco bell and knows that their grills are not set on a temperature setting. They have a timer on the grills. There is only one set temperature. Someone was just being lazy and didn’t set the timer. Also my friend said when they open it up when it’s done you would already see that it’s burnt. From hearing so many bad reviews about the place I don’t think I’d come back here again.

Amanda R was the cashier at the window and she was rude! Asked for sauce, wasn’t in the bag, then stepped away from the window. I tried flagging her down and she ignored me standing there eating chips! When she came to the window, she gave me attitude like it was my fault and practically threw the packets at me. Food was gross and didn’t even have sauce on it, tasted dirty and burnt!

I would give it zero stars. I just got done with a long day wanting tacos. My mother and I order 4 tacos. We get one taco. Nothing alike any of the tacos we ordered. My mother is furious. You ruined our evening. You continuously make these mistakes. Yet we come back. I wouldn’t be expecting that anymore if I were you.
