If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Three times in a row I have asked for no sour cream on taco Supreme order and they have gotten it wrong even when I repeatedly asked for no sour cream. No straws for last order as well.

No line for drive through and no other customers, but was not allowed to order inside. Worker was polite, but didn’t seem to know how to run a restaurant. Very inexperienced staff, 10 minute wait for a lunch order with no other customers in sight. Short staffed yet the Taco Bell in Bedford is fully operational. Ordered items grilled and no items were grilled.

Originally on Thursday I had went and gotten 6 hard shell supremes 4 soft taco supremes and a nacho belgrande and all of my tacos had barely any ingredients in them to the point my hard shells all broke today on Sunday Brenda the manager gave me a call and gave me all the tacos that were messed up and then asked how they were and SHE gets a 5 star rating from me I loved her service and she was amazing and fixed my issue she even gave us our drinks so we weren’t thirsty from our meal

No complaints with the food, but hip hop music is very loud in there, some Cleveland R&B station is blasting as loud as can be. I saw an indian family walk in and walk out, they seem to notice the music. Make sure the establishment is for everyone not just the Maple Heights/ Warrensville crowd. I felt awkward and out of place
