This is not my normal location and after going here I was reminded why. The person at the drive thru asked how I was before taking the order and I reciprocated to hear them say, “I’m here”. So that set the tone from there on out. He was rude at the window and got the order wrong. The one plus is when I called out that the fourth item of the order was missing he did apologize. The food was good so that was a plus. But I will continue to go out of my way and drive more to avoid this location because that type of customer service i can do with out.

This place used to be the best Taco Bell around but now they like to play a fun little game with the menu called we pick what you get. I typically don’t leave reviews on places and it’s totally understandable if they forget something every once in awhile. But lately they will forget things and also not even make what you ordered instead of two chicken chalupas they give you two bean burritos. I used to work in fast food so I understand mistakes are made but at this point they need new management they’re just as bad as the other Taco Bell on Pearl in Brunswick. I want to make it clear too it is not the workers fault this is 100% a management problem.

I have sincerely never experienced worse service at a Taco Bell in my life. First of all it is four in the morning and you’re telling me I can’t do three separate orders for one car no line when I’ve done it before when you guys have a line to the street? and then I ask for extra sauce because usually you put a dribble and I wanted some sauce, you gave me sauce and a wrap. Oh, and then I’m excited my fiesta potatoes and I pop open the container to find Cinnabon‘s you gave me the fork for the fiesta potatoes but they were nowhere to be found. And I will never be returning. That’s all thanks.

My experience has been that this is one of the better Taco Bells. I’ve never had any concerns about my order being correct or anything less than satisfactory. Their location is convenient for many of my trips, so it’s a pretty common stop. I drive past the Taco Bell in Macedonia to come to this one.

I had a car full of people on the early morning of July 30th come to this drive thru. They advised they were out of steak & chicken, and we could only order $20 of food. We then asked if we would be able to come back around after getting our food and the person on the speaker said yes, there is a $20 limit though. So we proceeded to go back into the line, and the person on the intercom REFUSED TO TAKE OUR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!! Literally said since we are the same car, that we cannot place another order, when ONLY 2 1/2 PEOPLE RECIEVED THEIR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had another $20-$40 left to spend on the rest of the food we wanted and they REFUSED OUR SERVICE!!!!! After living in the area most of my life, and dedicating this taco bell over OTHER ONES in the area, i am completely UPSET & i will not EVER return my service to this taco bell. I would rather drive the extra to get BETTER SERVICE & not to be turned down for wanting more than $20 of TACO BELL! These days $20 doesn’t even feed 2 people, and now we have a fast food restaurant refusing to receive more than $20 an order, PER CAR? Absolutely ridiculous, shame on you

I love taco bell and this location does right by their food. I order on the app and it is always right amd looks good, not like it was thrown together by a couple of monkeys in uniforms. Definitely one of the better locations i have been to and is most certainly better than the location on Royalton rd in North Royalton.

Bought the dipping box, barely any meat on the chalupa, taco or burrito. Not worth the money, hands down the worst experience I’ve had at Taco Bell. The lady at the counter was wonderful. I ended up just throwing everything away.
