Yesterday on 8/31/23 @ 3:41 AM I was at Taco Bell I was DoorDashing and I had two orders I had to pick up from there and her name is Jessica and she refused me to order any kind of food this was 15 minutes before they were closing all I wanted was literally 1 chicken quesadilla I have her on video refusing me so I had to drive to stow Taco Bell and I arrived 5 minutes before they closed and they still served me 5 minutes till closing time and I’m also going to call corporate Monday morning I hope something seriously happens because this is so wrong!!!

Chalupas were over cooked while the ingredients were so frozen cold. Food was so poorly put together I could barely take a bite before it fell apart on me. This location has a very bad issue when it comes to quality.

The worker acted like the sauce was coming out of her paycheck. One pack of sauce for a crunchwrap is pretty ridiculous and they refused to give me anymore I’ve never heard of this at any other Taco Bell

The lady working the drive through on Saturday 3/18/23 was rude to me and my buddy that got food for both our families. We used our online apps separately to prevent having to split a bill and when we got there the lady was super rude made us wait like 5 minutes at the speaker (probably putting mop water in the Baja blast still drank it though.) Then when we get to the window she only had one order in a drink carrier and I asked for a nother and she gave a huge attitude don’t recommend to anyone ravenna is way nicer and faster!!!!

Of course the workers are rude. God forbid they have to do anything. The food was alright. They put the bare minimum on thing as if it cost them out of pocket. Other than that I was greatful something was open at that time.

It’s a very good place for having a quick bite at a reasonable price. Though the menu is not very rich I liked the freshness of the food. Everyday 2pm to 5pm is happy hour when you get a number of medium size drinks for 1 dollar.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell since 2015, except for a few small problems, I have been happy, if not elated with this location. The service at this location except for a few hiccups has been darn near flawless. I have been such a regular at this location, at one point an employee let skip they had a nickname for me. (I’m not sure if I should see this as a positive or a negative)
