I am a handicapped senior citizen. I walked into the dining room at around 1:15 PM to place my order, you only have a kiosk to place order. I can’t eat certain foods on my food. There was a young man walking by the section where you can normally order food. I asked him if he could help me place the order. He very rudely said to me THATS NOT HIS JOB AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME! THIS IS INCREDIBLE RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!

Ravenna store get an order even remotely correct challenge (impossible) seriously, it’s like every review over 1 star is just made by someone who works for taco bell. They NEVER get an order correct at this location, they’re so insanely far off order it LITERALLY has to be on purpose. it’s basically a scam store, just go to Streetsboro.

This Taco Bell just always seems to be one step ahead of the other local taco bells and they don’t make many order mistakes so revisiting unnecessarily is limited. I have always had good service through the drive thru. Would recommend this taco bell over kent, streetsboro, brimfield, and Cuyahoga falls.

Reason for 3-star is because once again they failed to complete my order as I ordered it(ruined appetite). I had to drive all the way back to get a refund and find something else for dinner. But the person who assisted me in the return was fantastic friendly and professional dealing with the situation.

I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch with steak, they’re was only steak and sauce on the taco, no lettuce no cheese, nothing but steak and sauce, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care put into making sure that an item has toppings before it gets wrapped

This particular location is no good, man. It’s honestly just better for anyone passing by or living in the Ravenna area to just make the drive elsewhere to get your T-Bell. They absolutely do not care and just throw the food together while making you wait an insane amount of time. Food comes out looking like something out of an R.L Stein book and is taste horrible and is cold. Do not waste your time or money and go elsewhere.

This is usually the best Taco Bell around. Recently I ordered through the mobile app and went to pick up at the counter. Cashier told me they were backed up and it would be a little wait. They were behind on many other orders and apologizing when people picked up their food and including extra shrimp (location is a Long John Silvers too) for the extra long wait.
