Excellent trip to the Bell today! I had to get the limited time return of the Beefy Crunch Burrito. It was delicious and well worth the wait! They actually gave me the amount of sauces I requested! Yes I only want one sauce per item! Pepsi is Pepsi! Speedy service for a work lunch!

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes ignored (kiosk says closed) and finally asked out loud if I could please use the restroom. Drive-thru employee responded (as if I ruined their whole day by asking) “it’s not a public restroom.” I asked if I could go ahead and order first then, “still not a public restroom…”

Took them 20 minutes for my burrito and soft shell taco to be ice cold. I seen a male taco bell worker sitting in the back ,on his phone and there was 2 other people working there. There was no line or anone else in there but me. This is why there are never busy or have barely any business. You still need to take pride in your work and your job.

Took over 40 minutes to get my order after being told that they did not have the meat to complete the order they backtracked and told me they did only to end up waiting till 12 am to finally get my food that was well past cold. when questioned as to why i was held at the window for over 30 minutes the only response i could be given was that they had to close due to being understaffed but both employees in the building were mindlessly buying their time till they actually closed. Places like this need to get on top of things this place is a joke!

Wish I could take their stars. Restaurant actively ignoring instructions putting customers at risk.Highly allergic to tomatoes #5 arrived without the taco COVERED in beans which I hate and tomatoes. Very glad I saw them or I would be vomiting. This location is the absolute worst how they are open is amazing. Call the store no one answers or ask for corporate information they get defensive.

They forgot one of our tacos, they gave us no taco sauce even though we asked for it. Overall, there was only 3 cars in the drive through and it still took roughly 15 minutes to get through the line. The food we did get had about half the toppings it should have had. This is not a well run location at all. I would have taken it back but I was working and didn’t have time, I would not recommend this location.
