Literally ordered the new taco dip combo and it was the most disgusting thing I ordered there. It’s suppose to be like a grill cheese taco but what i got was a hard shell with no cheese just old meat. I called manager to see about replacing it and he insisted on asking me what color the shell was. I don’t know if he’s high or what but it was super unprofessional. I don’t understand what afternoon shift has to be worse time to get food

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are very rude once asked to give customers the RIGHT food or drink they bought after giving them the wrong thing. They throw tantrums and growl if you ask to be given sauce they were supposed to give you. If they give you two measly packets and you kindly ask for more, they make you feel like a burden and loser. Enjoy the bad reviews and widespread word of your unfriendly staff. I will be contacting corporate for this unprofessional behavior as well will others.

The drive through is the absolute worst. You could spend over an hour if it is backed up. I pulled in last week after football practice around 7:40pm, my son wanted a burrito and the past few times we’ve dodged taco bell due to the line. This time I doubled down and said I’d get him something, I got my food around 8:45.

It’s Taco Bell… as long as you are well aware of what you are getting when you’re there you will be happy with what you get from this one. They are clean and polite and if it’s late at night and everything else is closed you can get food! Lol.
