Ordered taco bell the other night, went inside, the person at the front was Sophie. I order she is straight up rushing me, there is seriously only one car in the line once i order the 2 grilled cheese deluxe boxs and a normal $5 cravings box. I can hear Sophie in the back saying that she wants to freaking leave the place and how she hates it and she going outside going crazy (the place is literally dead like literally there is no cars in the drive thru on a sunday at 9pm), and finally 30 minutes later i get my food and they literally swapped everything, the one i order with no sourcream and beans is swapped with the other cravings boxs, and the grilled cheese burrito was very bad all the other burritos and tacos tasted not too bad, (i forgot to take pictures of it.)and they forgot to give me all the sauces i requested.

Do not ask for sauce at the drive through. 9/10 times they never give it. Especially on late shift. Even when THEY ask. The kids working there never give any. Also, online orders have been correct 0 times in the 15 or so I’ve done. When they do recognize a mistake, I’ll give the older employees credit. They will give you an expired “Make it right” free taco coupon you can not redeem.

I was there shortly after they opened and there was only one gentleman working. He was polite and let me know it would be just a moment because he had to go make my order. He wasn’t complaining about being the only worker just letting me know why I was going to be waiting. The food was great, his friendly attitude wonderful and his tattoos definitely rock!

Every time I order no beans I get beans. 50/50 shot of getting rocks hard potatoes or chalupa shell. Why don’t you guys re make some every once and a while instead of keeping the same ones for hours.

I hope it was just an off night. I don’t like giving small businesses a bad rating in the town I live in. We as residents are supposed to support our small businesses. So, this is just given as constructive criticism, Our order was made, charged for something specific and it wasn’t on the item in the order. Just slow down and check the orders before they go out. Other than that the food quality was great and the employees attitude towards us coming back was positive and corrected the mistake! Way to Go

Initially when i came thru thr drive thru they forgot my 4 spicey potato soft tacos but when i called about it kale was so nice and friendly and immediately apologized and offered to make them for me when i walked in i tripped over my words and was quite embarrassed (i have crippling social anxiety) and i was asurred everything was fine and i would be taken care of just as they said it was just a pleasant experience all around so much in fact i dont even care i had to come back great team and great service!

We went yesterday and put in an order. I left with a steak grilled cheese burrito (should have been beef) ordered two pintos and cheese didn’t get either then ordered 3 cheese roll ups one of which was literally just tossed in the bag like no paper to wrap it or anything.
