Friendly service makes the difference! Let’s be honest…. it’s Taco Bell. They are cheap Mexican style food and they aren’t going to win any gourmet awards any time soon. We eat here for the convenience and the speed in which we can get our food and get out. That being said, it is always nice when the customer service is friendly and courteous. This Taco Bell has that in spades. The staff are very friendly, and kind, to everyone who comes in and they work hard to make you feel welcome. I don’t eat Taco Bell very often (though I might come more often now that they’ve brought back the Mexican Pizza), but when I do eat Taco Bell I make sure to go out of my way to come to this specific one. Great staff here!

Clean store, the food at this location (next to Jalisco) is amazing, best I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Give the manager a raise and have all other stores at the franchise train their staff here. The store across from Mount Union could learn from this place.

Since corporate didn’t want to contact me after I requested I guess I’m taking it here (and probably the health department). They’ll serve you ice cold food that’s been sitting out for 1.5+ hours. I always order through the app for drive thru which states they’ll make the food when you arrive. This location doesn’t anymore. The manager expressed to keep their times down they make it right when you place the order in the app. We had to ask them to remake it and they were going to give us our drinks that had also been sitting that long. The food is the main problem. We were handed our food and my husband stated it’s ice cold (he had his hand on the bottom of the box).

Place is always clean and staff are friendly but the food always seems off. I honestly stopped going here completely for the longest time because I kept getting quesadillas that had lettuce on them. I think it was a training problem because they aren’t supposed to have lettuce and it wasn’t just a stray piece but rather a handful.

Pretty disappointed in my trip to this Taco Bell last night. I don’t recall having many issues in my previous visits. I was the only one in line. The guy taking my order was very courteous, so I’m thankful for that. I ordered 2 of the $5 Nacho Fries boxes. I was handed my 2 drinks and boxes promptly and was told the straws and napkins were in the box. I get home and pull out the saddest looking nacho fries, both of which didn’t even equal a half of a serving, and of course the straws and napkins were no where to be found. The burritos were decent enough. Overall, not a good experience.

Went to this Taco Bell today, don’t remember the last time I stopped but safe to say it’s been awhile. The lady who took our order was courteous and after payment notified us to pull forward to receive our chalupas that were just put in the fryer. When the guy brought our bag of food out he looked so displeased with his job that I thought he might just toss the food in my open window! Overall the food was actually fresh for once, but in what I’ve noticed is normal for taco bell fashion, no napkins!
